The stay was comfortable , room service was great very spacious room clean linen. The hotel staff were great and friendly. I will continue to use this hotel for business stay and I will recommended to my friends

Receptionists were impolite and unprofessional. I almost got robbed by someone sleeping on the stair s way during my stay. I had to change the motel.

Nice hotel. Sometimes there would be no one at the front desk. Had to wait several minutes for someone to show up. Also some rooms have microwaves and fridges and some do not.

Lighting could have been better and the only chair was uncomfortable.

while my stay was from Thursday to Monday the room was cleaned daily which was a plus the interior could use a remolded its outdated except the television. the breakfast everyday was terrible 2 types of cereal(cold) and horrible oatmeal and eggs and sausages, and oranges not good oranges either there was bananas at one point but the breakfast needs to be revamped the housekeepers and the people handling the breakfast need to be more friendly. the front desk staff was awesome all of them.

Unfreildly and rude. TV did not work and he refused to come check it out. All u could get was I am busy.

Elevator not working . Had to climb the stairs several times because the key card would not work. You are automatically billed for the use of the safe 2.50$, you have to opt out of the charge.( read the fine print at check in). Happy it was only for one night.

Room was on exterior building instead of main building, was told had to pay to upgrade. Rowdy people from 9pm to 3am right outside room. Felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Bathtub doesn't drain, room has weird smell. Would not recommended

Experience - mixed.. initial room spent over an hour trying to get access to WiFi on two different systems; changed rooms (30 feet nearer mid building) got a weak signal but was able to access internet. Room basically was clean but dry cereal bits still on floor.

The lady who checked me inn I believe HEATHER is her name.. was awesome ..professional well spoken...she gave me a different room due to wrong room description ....it made my stay comfortable and peaceful .....just the breakfast needs more updates . ...

Every thing was good :).the room service was perfect also it's cheep and clean ..it was comfortable

the hotel was comfortable and clean. attentive staff, i will stay again in the future.

Only needed a place to crash for the night. location isn't horrible. price was perfect.

This hotel was a good place as a point of rest if you want to drive in to DC. The other good thing about this hotel was there were some good food choices near the hotel. I suggest Mid Atlantic Seafood Restaurant highly...awesome soul food and interesting stop as well!

Very rude front office staff. Charged me extra to have a room available right away

The hotel looks neat, clean and the staff are professional. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for accommodation in the area.

The hotel is fine. It was last minute booking and short stay. Staff are pleasant and kind.

We traveled with teenagers and small children and the room was comfortable enough to accommodate everybody!! Large room with two beds and a sofa bed large enough to place two children!! We are going to Washington DC again this summer and will definitively stay there again!!

The hotel staff are professional, the rooms are clean and everything with the hotel is really good. I would recommend it to anybody wanting to stay in the area

Good. Clean enough and no disturbances............................................................

Good Afternoon, Thank you for choosing Days Inn, I want to thank you for taking the time to complete a survey, we appreciate all feedback. I appreciate your concerns on the absentee Front Desk Agent, when the staff is alone and if there is room they have to inspect they do have to step away for just a few minutes, we are looking to hire so this does not disrupt the daily duties of the front desk, and or our guests. We appreciate your business and look forward to your next visit with us. At Your Service, Debra Winkowski General Manager
