Nice hotel very clean great staff check im was quick short distance from the Harbor

Rooms are clean. Staff is great and very helpful. Hated the parking. Fees are high.

The staff was great from check-in to check-out. We could walk to attractions at the Inner Harbor, Camden Yards, and then to the light rail for quick and easy transport to/from the airport.

Rooms were hot due to weak air conditioners. Friends woke up with bed bug bites. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient parking Breakfast buffet priced a bit high for limited selections.

Able to walk to the baseball game & inner harbor within 5-10 minutes. Staff was friendly and breakfast buffet was good and best value. Melvina our server greeted us with a warm smile and quick service.

Upon check in orbitz sent the hotel the wrong information for the room (ordered king bed and they had in system for two full beds), spoke with worker and he was able to change to king bed. Staff very friendly. I would say average for design/cleanliness. nothing fancy. Basic hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located but you get what you pay for! Our room smelled like it was musty and the beds were horrible.

I was attending a conference at the convention center and chose this hotel on a whim based on his proximity to the convention. I was pleased when I found that it was almost right across the street from the convention center! The hotel is also very close to Camden Yard. This not your typical Days Inn. It is quite nice and the lobby area is updated. The downside for me was the size of the room and the antiquated bathroom and other facilities. If you are looking for a view, this is not the place to go; but if you are looking for a nice, quiet, cost-effective hotel you can't do any better! I would go again!

The lady serving coffee was very pleasent and nice to deal with.

Good location. Easy walk to everything at Inner Harbor. Hotel restaurant is good. Parking a little pricey but convenient. Hotel location is worth the cost. Was a nice 2 day getaway.

Convenient to everywhere downtown. Walking is an option used not enough today.

Able to walk to the many restaurants in the harbor area as well as Camden Yards......

Staff was amazing! We felt at home from the minute we walked through the doors. Hotel staff provided all the information we needed and the cleaning staff responded to our every request. All employees were very friendly!

Pleasant, newer place, parking garage adjacent (extra), a short walk from the Inner Harbor. A good stay.

Maybe I've become a bit snobby, but booking a Days Inn was not my first choice. But this place was not your typical Days Inn. Small bathroom and separate sink keep it from being a four star hotel, but this place was quite nice. Front desk personnel are true hospitality professionals. The pub attached to the restaurant is not great for dinner, but it was for breakfast.

For the price, this hotel is acceptable overall. It is conveniently located, so if you have a conference in a nearby, more expensive hotel, this is a good place to stay on a limited budget. The conditions and service at the hotel are mediocre. Everything is based on practicality, not aesthetics. But if you only use your room for sleeping, this place is ok. The bed is pretty comfortable. Service is overall inefficient. It took a long time to get greeted and served at the front desk, with some staff members picking up calls and keeping you wait for a long time. The bar & grill is quite clean, but service is below average and the kitchen messed up my orders on two occasions. I recommend this place only if you need a relatively inexpensive (by area standard) room to sleep in.

Woke to the sound of hammers and scrapers at 5:30am???

Never again Never again Never again Never again .......................................................

Everyone was supper friendly and helpful! Great stay and location!

Thank you Gail. We are glad to hear that your stay was an enjoyable one. We apologize if there was miscommunication regarding the parking fees. The adjacent garage is city-owned and we do not have control over the pricing. Despite that we do make every effort to make our guests aware prior to their stay. Thank you for your feedback. We hope to see you again the next time you are in Baltimore.
