I loved the actual hotel, the room was nice, the staff was wonderful but all the ice machines were broken and no drink machines. We got there late and even the little room with snacks by the registration desk had no drinks. My son and I had to put cups of water in the fridge from the tap to have something cold to drink. Other than that it was a nice experience but its sometimes the little things that mean the most.

Very good service. The only downfall was no AC in workout room.

Choose this BWI is, because it fit my travel route perfectly. Like this hotel will recommend to friends.

They overbooked the hotel and sent us to a lower quality hotel with smaller beds after charging our card for a guarenteed room. Very unsatisfied with this hotel and customer service.

Great location as it is close to the airport. After taking an hour long taxi ride to get to the hotel, I was hoping to check in and retire quickly to the room, however upon walking into the lobby I joined a line that had formed waiting for the front desk worker at around 9:00pm. A note said return in 5 minutes, and I waited at least 8, with those in front of me waiting longer. Once I was checked in, I was able to get to my room quickly. For a one night stay, the room was fine with nothing special to discuss. There was a tv and wifi. I appreciated the shuttle to the airport in the morning and the snack bar I was given in the morning because I would be missing the breakfast.

If you are leaving your car there while you travel parking is challenging. Hotel clerk at 2:30 am was not attentive. There was 3 carafes of coffee all were empty and when asked if he could fill one the gentleman did not respond, just looked at us. Told us he couldn't check us out til the shuttle got there to pick us up and then said he couldn't give us a receipt, that Orbitz would send us one for checking out. We were not the only ones. Another lady was asking and he gave her the same answer. That's ridiculous!!

Don't select this hotel under the assumption that it's within walking distance to any city attractions. It is within close driving distance. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially the housekeeping staff. They have an amazing breakfast. This is not your run of the mill; cereal and muffin boringness, they also have omelets, biscuits and gravy and much more!! Had a great stay and would happily return again. :-)

Fairly standard high quality best western. Nice staff. Decent breakfast. A bit out of the way if you're looking for central Baltimore, but they have a super easy free shuttle to get to the MARC train, which gets you into DC in about 30 minutes. Super convenient if you want to save a bit!

This hotel was clean and roomy. The quest were provided shuttle to and from BWI airport and complimentary breakfast. The staff was also friendly as well. I'd definitely stay again.

The front desk attendant named Trarhonda is great she smiles and has great customer service.

Excellent staff. That is the only positive thing about it. Dirty, run down property. Needs maintenance and cosmetic makeover.

Had to wait 1 hour 45 minutes for the shuttle. Very poor service

Everything looks super clean and new. The 2 stars that they have might scare you off but they definitely deserve more stars than that. Carpet, towel, furniture and anything else looks so new and clean. I been to 4 stars where towels are much nastier than here. I will so book here again when I return to Baltimore

Decent hotel if staying for a night. Not far from the airport. Breakfast doesn't have many options. Rooms are a little small but, nice and clean.

Nice hotel with great breakfast and shuttle service to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning did not work in room. Was not told that shuttle back to airport ran only ever 30 minutes when checking in. The check in staff was frazzled. However breakfast was nice and am staff friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable and great price! Close to downtown and shopping . I would recommend to all.

hotel needs improvement with the extras

close to the airport
