My partner and I stayed here for our very first trip to Bali after hearing horror stories about people being robbed by staff members in hotels and villas in Bali we at first were very worried but eventually we would leave money and our iPads out around the room and nothing was ever taken. The hotel is a little bit away from everything and at the time there were construction on the road at the front which made it hard to get a cab to drop us off at the front or pick us up. So we chose to use the hotels driver to drop us off where we needed to go and a cab back with a little bit of a walk to hotel. Our shower would flood the bathroom and we were only given 2 towels a day and had to use one for the floor lol I'm sure if we would have asked for an extra towel they would have given us one. We ate in the restaurant and got room service a few times and everytime the food was yummy. Breakfast was a good spread no idea how anyone could complain about the breakfast. If it's not what you want than eat somewhere else. 🙂 The staff are lovely and always had a smile on thier face I honestly could not fault any staff member. I had left my phone in the hotel van after they dropped us off at the airport. The hotel had the driver bring it back to us even though my partner had to run through the airport back to the plane that had already boarded we finally made it home.🙂

Hotel grounds well kept, staff pleasant Rooms very poor with sheets grey and stained, once we complained they were changed and well maintained. Paint flaking from dampness shower flooded bathroom No go:

A friend and myself visited the hotel in August and stayed for ten days. Airport pickup and drop off is a great first impression. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. With limited English with some, we still got looked after the way we expected. The hotel is slightly out dated, but for myself, I love the old style of hotels and old buildings. For most, they would love an updated hotel, but for us. We loved it!! We fell in love with the pool right outside our door!! We will be back!

The hotel is old but relatively ok, need to be fix on many way. Towels are out of date But when check out, the price agreed without breakfast was charged with, and of course the person in charge is unavailable... Staff repeating, it's entered in system... can't change... sorry, sorry That's called steal "pencury" even in Indonesia Sad to leave with this impression

Villa is not well maintaned, walls need repainting. Linens are horrible, many stains in our bedsheet. No bathmat at all. The breakfast were so pathetic, I've asked for omelette and the waitress replied, 'the egg station is close today', yeah right the desk next to us got their omelette few mins ago and sudenly the egg station is close TODAY, very nice service! I've booked to online travel again and paid with my credit card BUT the villa have asked me to pay because they said the online travel agent's credit card is declined. So, instead to check with the travel agent, they asked me to pay. And when my bill came, VOILA there's online travel agent's invoice. And it was very difficult to get the refund. They have refunded the money after i've sent some emails and phone calls. It was very dissapointed how they handle the complain. Won't be back for sure !

I stayed here for 5 nights in deluxe downstairs room 601. A good position. The pool and gardens are beautiful. Lots of deck chairs and pool towels provided. Breakfast was fine-- fruit, eggs cooked anyway and Indonesian noodles or rice. I walked up the road to Whale and Co for fabulous coffee as Villa Diana only offered instant. The room needed some re painting and repairs to door of mini bar and sliding door into the bathroom. Towels and linen were clean but a little grey. My air con was good. I would have loved a drying rack for my swimming costume to dry on. But none existed. I enjoyed my time here but would probably not return.

My friends and I recently made a trip to Bali and wanted a place close to Kuta. After spending the day in the tourist area, it was a quiet and peaceful place to come back to. After staying there for a week, the hotel felt like home. Staff are very accommodating and even turn your light on when coming back in the evening. Rooms were basic and clean with good cable and hot showers. The pool is beautiful and serene with barely any people using it at any given time. We used the hotel driver for two days in a row to take us south to Ulu Watu and north to see Tanah Lot. While he didn't know very much English, he got us around safely and comfortably. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area!

With so much accommodation choice, it's hard to choose in Bali!~ I find reading the reviews quite important, but sometimes you never know till you get there!~ I did find the photos show this hotel in better shape than it is. The entrance, restaurant & poolside are true & very nice. Inside the room (from memory room 602, ground floor overlooking pool in middle) it's definitely in need of tlc. Walls need touch ups, the door to the mini fridge was hanging off its hinge. The sheets had stains on them. The hot water was barely luke warm, so don't even try to have a bath!~ Towels are very old & not really hygienically clean. You can ask for pool towels @ front desk. We ate in & the food was pretty good. I had Gago gado, very healthy (AU$3.22 plus tax) & hubby had Mie Goreng Special (AU$5.16 plus tax) Overall good food selection & good prices. Buffet breakfast was good. Eggs cooked on spot, fruit, pancakes, noodles & rice, fake bacon, chicken wings, toast & coffee/ juice. Slightly odd selection, but hopefully something you like. There is a supermarket (AlfaMart) closeby, so buy large bottles of water there 1.5 L around AU.60c if shut further down road are more 24 hour shops (towards beach) @AU.80c per bottle. We found a money changer on walk to beach with good rates on right down lane next to SASA cafe & there's a Fresh Ink Tattoo shop. Be warned, he was so quick to flick $ away off counter. Never let them re-handle the money, or if asks for change as it's to distract you. We both didn't see it but noticed there wasn't enough money, so politely said we think some money fell on the floor & we got it back!~ So nearly lost IRD100,000!~ Overall it is a nice place to stay, just need to upgrade hot water & wash sheets/ towels in hot water as well!~This was the main downfall, but easily remedied. Location is good, nice stroll down JL Double Six Way, plenty of shops to look in on way to beach. Not too far from airport, if getting taxi beware ridiculous set prices, we got a quote from Bali Cab it was the best price AU$11 (IRD110,000) Our driver was Ary from Sth Denpasar. We used him for our whole trip, quotes always the best. Download Whats app as its the easiest way to communicate.

Currently on last morning of a 10 night stay with 9 students and 2 teachers. It has been a throughly enjoyable experience. We stayed in 2 villas. They were a little tired but nonetheless absolutely fine for our purpose. The staff were very helpful and most had very good English. We ordered food in a couple of times and they happily helped out on the phone. Breakfast was adaquate and location to Double 6 beach is good. Remember, this is not a 5 star resort with all the bells and whistles but it is very good value for money. The 2 villas had smallish but absolutely adaquate private pools. I would recommend without hesitation.

Villa/hotel is very run down and not getting the up keep that is needed. Bathrooms need work, walls need painting and aircons need replacing for starters. Towels also have seen better days. Ants everywhere and staff would walk past cigarette butts and other rubbish on the ground. Won't be back!
