It was a decent property for the price. I loved the spa and it was in a good location where you can walk to cafes and restaurants in the evening. The rooms weren't extravagant, but they were comfortable for a short stay!
Hotel staff carried very little professionalism. Cleanliness in room was not the greatest. At times I felt like i bothered the waitress during breakfast when I wanted something. Also, each morning pushing chairs and tables for evening dinner when the guest is still having breakfast — so annoying and one feels rushed to leave as it was noisy and not relaxing at all. For days I had some animal dropping on my patio which should have been cleaned the same day but wasn't.

I booked a family room for 4 of us. I expected a large room with 4 beds but it was actually 2 rooms (one overlooking the main swimming pool) and 2 bathrooms. The rooms were very clean and nice, with very comfortable beds, refreshments, safe, large screen tv, and batropes. The bathrooms had both shower and very nice and large stone bathtubs to soak and relax. One of the bathrooms is external a secluded oasis with blooming morning glories around you and the sky as a roof, we all wanted to use that. The staff is very friendly, wifi is good and the 3 swimming pools are perfect. The hotel is surrounded by a sea of serene green and just a few steps away from the monkey forest. The massages at the spa were some of the best we ever had. Breakfast is good but could use stronger coffee and more varieties especially in the Indonesian options
