Good room everyday new linnen, the badroom can be cleaner.Near the mall, also near the good restaurants, only a few minutes walk to the mall next door. Not to far from the Ngurah Rai airport,15 minutes by taxi.
We're having a short weekend getaway here. The pros: Location is closed to segara beach, lippo mall, and also the airport within a minute The room is bigger than average standard room in the area Compact hotel with affordable price Convenience stores are in front of the hotel The cons If you rent a motorcycle, the parking area maybe limited but please use employee parking are behind the building
Greeted by a welcoming smile as we arrived at the airport and warm welcome at the reception. Staffs were approachable, friendly and everything that you need to make your stay feels like home. Requested for deco to the room for special surprise and celebration. Limited choices. Room was cozy but dusty and kinda dimmed. Was only given 1 cloth hanger. Toilet has foul smell, flooring had stains, rusty and kindy slimy. Towels had stains. Breakfast? Its like a joke. Limited choices and replenishment was slow. Pool was nice although the pipe was rusty. For a budget stay and to feel homey, this can be your choice as all shops are just walking distance away. I choose to stay here but spend most of my time out of the room, so not a place for OCD people.
We booked this hotel for a one night stay after a late flight into Bali. We wanted somewhere close to the airport as we had hoped to walk it there to avoid the supposed chaos at the airport taxi queue... This didn’t really work as we had no internet to use maps and the roads/footpaths out of the airport weren’t as straight forward as we’d hoped. We ended up taking a short ride in a taxi to the hotel (which looking back on we definitely over paid for). We chose this hotel due to the location and the photos. We are quite snobby when it comes to hotels but allowed ourselves a cheaper option why we were literally using it only as a bed for 12 hours on the first night after a late flight. Firstly, our room looked nothing like the photos. It was large but completely basic, containing a bed, a small table, a small fridge, and not much more. It was clean enough and had a decent shower. The air con however was non-existent and our room was right above a very loud bar. Music blasted out whilst we sweated in bed, so it wasn’t the best nights sleep I’ve ever had. The following morning we went down for breakfast and it was dreadful. We were seated for 9 o’clock (relatively early) and all of the self-service trays were empty. We sat and waited expecting the food to be replenished but after 30 minutes nothing was (except what looked like white rice). Eventually I had to ask the waitress to top up the milk just so I could have some cereal. There were at least 3 staff members working in the dining facilities and none of them did anything in the whole time we were there. They were pleasant enough but completely uninterested (something I didn’t really experience elsewhere in Bali). Breakfast was easily the worst part of the stay. After breakfast we decided to spend an hour on the rooftop pool just to experience it whilst we waited to travel up to Ubud. To be honest, this was quite nice considering it is only £18 a night. The pool was a decent size, and you can just about(!) see the ocean. A few more sun beds would have been nice as I’m sure there were only about 6 for the whole hotel. The bar may be decent at night if there are a few guests in the hotel. We did have a wander round the streets at night time before we slept and it’s hard to say how it is for a location. There were a couple of bars nearby but I’m not sure how it fitted into Kuta on a larger scale. We moved on after 12-13 hours so it wouldn’t be fair for me to comment on the area for a longer stay. It was handy for the airport! Overall it is what it is. We didn’t pay a lot so maybe my score of 3 is a bit harsh. Because of the breakfast, music, air con, and blatant misrepresentation with the pictures however, even a cheap price can’t bump it higher. So long as you know what to expect though, it is clean, safe, and harmless enough. If you’re travelling on a budget you could do a lot worse.
Very affordable price and recommended, the room was so clean and great, food was good, the pool very fantastic at the rooftop excellence service from staff, the location is strategic, great to stayed at tusita
We came to enjoy the honeymoon in kuta area its very strategic location near the airport and the shopping center.staff friendly, always smile and the best thing they are very helpfull,it was our first time in bali and they are give us lots of information about the beautiful tourism object in bali beside that pool is our favorite place cause we can enjoy see kuta area from rooftop especially in the afternoon really amazing
Property was located close to the air port and the other amenities,restaurant,etc.15-20 minutes walk to the Kuta beach.Staff was outstanding specially mentioned about Aditiya,It was our first visit to Bali and we knew nothing about the island.he helped us with so many things such as to find good dinning places, attractions, tricks and tips about the way of living at Bali, etc. Dara and Devi were also very helpful and friendly.would recommend this hotel for decent budget and reasonable stay They do not offer milk in the rooms or restaurant
This might not be of the same quality of rooms of the entire hotel, but the room we had was so-so, nothing special, of course what could you expect with a budget hotel. You get for what you paid for, but this hotel is just not so maintained well. The room and bathroom smell awful. The bidet is disgusting, so rusty and dirty, we did not use it at all. Had to manually use a glass for washing. We kinda expected that it might not be as pleasing as a regular hotel coz of the price, and we did not mind coz we're always outside. We saw bad reviews but did not mind coz it might not be as accurate as they say so we gave it a try. However, i think if we have just explored more nearby hotels, maybe there's a better hotel out there of the same price but not as disgusting as this. Sorry, but i guess people need to know. We travelled places and stayed various hotels and we don't mind staying in a small room as long as it's clean. Again, we aren't even sure if the pillows were well washed. Anyways, overall pros - good location and friendly staff. The pool in the 6th floor looks inviting too but we dint try.
Nice hotel for stay, good location near every where, only ten minutes from airport, five minutes to beach, three minutes to shopping center, ten minutes to waterboom, near food center. Excellent service from staff, big room and clean, nice rooftop with pool and bar.
very nice and strategic hotel in kuta. close to shopping mall, air port, and beach. very friendly staff, comfort room and free wifi also. nice pool in the rooftop so we can spent the time while enjoying the food or nice cocktail in the pool bar ...breakfast was good with a varied menu... so far this hotel is recommended .
