The Mulia Bali5.0 out of 5.0

My husband and I have now stayed at the Mulia three times. This resort has impeccable standards of service, cleanliness, food, and facilities. But what impresses us most is that 100% of the employees (wait staff, grounds keepers, housekeepers, desk workers, etc.) greet us daily with spontaneous smiles. Where else in the world can you go to be treated in such a special way?
My family had an excellent experience in Bali.We were very satisfied with your staff and facilities. It makes us to want to visit there again within a few years. Thank you for your staff in the Mulia we met.
Too late serve a breakfast. Waiting a long time ever morning. and looks staff was panic to do service a lot of guest. Not high quality level service at the peak season. I wanna visit at off season again....
Using the Marriott Vacation Club we found pleasure in exploring neighboring resorts and the beaches. We appreciate the fact that all properties are open for walk in guests, so we could enjoy their bars, restaurants and sometimes stylish public areas. With all that hoopla and advertising the Mulia was somewhat disappointing for us. Reminiscent of a Las Vegas type mega hotel we got the feeling of cheep thrills. Somehow all this squares, rectangles, all these uncharming geometric shapes we did not feel Bali. The generous use of cheaply painted concrete in the garden area and the laminate in the corridors did not meet our understanding of stylish. This includes the beach bar area! Leaving the property by the beach promenade via St. Regis, Ayodya and Park Haytt was more to our liking.
Went here because there was a sudden corporate event. Stayed at the suite ‘accidentally’ and was blown away. Love the room design - jacuzzi connects to bath room, balcony door that opens end to end. Service is really great - I even got an Alphard dropping me at the airport and escort at the airport!
Everything about this hotel is perfect, from the moment you turn off Bali's chaotic roads into the long sweeping drives that lead to this hotel oasis. The buildings are stunning, the public areas have impressive high ceilings and are light and airy. We stayed in an Earl Suite overlooking the beautiful pool area and Indian Ocean. The suite was very spacious and had every amenity you could expect from a 5 star hotel. The staff are all so friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble and they are only to pleased to help. We wanted to do some excursions, the head concierge, Humphrey, made some suggestions, put together an itinerary and we had to two fantastic trips, which we will treasure for a long time. There is a good variety of choice for dining options, from formal to fairly relaxed. The food was always well presented and fresh. This was our first trip to Bali, we liked the people and hope to go back. When we do, we will stay at the Mulia again, it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world.
I was stayed for one night. But everything was perfect. Staff are very helpful and dinner at soleil restaurant also awesome. They offered many kinds of food and desserts for us. For your information, don’t wear sandals to the restaurant.
Stayed with my wife and son in January at the Mulia. Without a doubt the most luxurious beach resort we have ever stayed at. Rooms are spacious and wonderfully appointed, a multitude of amazing dining options, and simply outstanding service! Nothing is too much for the staff to make sure that our stay was amazing! We loved the resort so much we booked our next holiday here before we finished this holiday.
Absolutely loved our holiday. Your hotel was amazing. The staff were brilliant. One of the best resorts that we have ever stayed at. Pure luxury, we will definitely be back. Suites with butler service were amazing. Thank you
