Excellent all round. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful gardens and pools, quite and peaceful even though you are close to the centre of Ubud. Had superior delux room for 72aud and extended stay. Great value for money. Would stay here again in the future.
Upon arrival (i took a bike from airport to Ubud, yea it was quite long) i was welcomed with a drink (a really good one) and a cold towel (it felt like heaven). a good hospitality? check. In the morning, The GM himself supervised and welcomed everyone in the breakfast area. A good breakfast with various choice? check. When we were riding around to some favorite destination in Ubud, i realized that this hotel is placed within 5 to 10 minutes ride around the nearest favorite spot such as Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace etc yet it wasnt as loud as other well placed lodging. Strategically placed? check. One thing that i would like to tell the manager is, the bathroom door in our room was quite hard to lock. You need to lift it up a bit to lock it. and that was my only complain. i enjoyed my stay. thank you
Not really worth being a member of Accor Group. First we had a poor room, bad smell, not working A/C, door couldn't be closed properly, dark room, almost no sockets, loud music on Saturday eve from a live bande.
We booked on the internet, based on the fotos we saw. Got a ground floor room. Very spacious and clean. Working aircon and good wifi. Friendly and helpfull staff. There were no hairdryer or pool towels in the room, but they provided it with a smile, when we asked. A definate yes from us. Great value and pleasent stay.
Me and my partner stayed for 2 nights. It was relatively clean, few stains on the sheets but apart from that it was fine. Sunday mornings 4am there is a run outside on the streets (very loud sounds like a rave), which kept us up. However, on the other night we stayed there it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was good, ended up having two plates. The staff were amazing. Would stay here again
Very nice location, quite and close to many restaurants.. it has 2 swimming pools and we almost had one to ourselves. The staff are super friendly and caring and helped us when needed with a smile on their face
We were a group of 6 persons, 2 couples and 2 singles. Service: - Upon a late night arrival, the staff were friendly and even upgraded our rooms to Deluxe and Super Deluxe rooms. - Overall the staffs service was very good. We did find that sometimes they did not speak a good level of English at the front desk, but they always immediately went and found someone who could help us. Rooms: - The hotel was nice overall and the rooms were simple but clean and spacious. - We did have an issue with our Deluxe rooms, where they had no running water one afternoon, we notified reception and this issue was resolved within the hour. - In our super deluxe room (502), we did find the fridge was very noisy and we ended up turning it off each night in order to sleep peacefully. Features.inclusions: - There were many options for pools, although we did find the pools didn't get much sun so we didn't use them all that much as the water was too cold for our liking. Probably a cool 24 degrees. - We did enjoy lazying about relaxing on the sunbeds surrounding the pools. The Breakfast included was good, featuring a omelette station, pastries, hot/cold beverages, mostly western style as well as some traditional Indonesian options. Wifi mostly worked well as they have several networks all with the same password to access, a little annoying to connect to all of them for the first time, but after this, it was okay.
The hotel is about 20 minutes' walk from the centre of Ubud but still surrounded by shops and restaurants. Very well kept, nice helpful staff and lovely pool. I had a faboulous Balinese massage in the Spa - highly recommended!
The hotel was okay-good. The room is clean and nice but not mind blowing. The morning buffet is good and they fill up quickly if there is no more Nasi Goreng etc. Overall a good hotel. We stayed one night.
I stayed with my 5 yo girl. The room is lovely, great size, we had a nice private room overlooking back pool and garden. It is very quiet considering it is still in the thick of ubud main streets. The staff were exceptional, and very good English, easy communication. Excellent pools, 3-4 seperate pools! Great for staying with kids. Clean rooms, good bed, although high pillows ( I prefer soft) It's about 500m from main ubud street, still in the thick of busy area. Traffic is very busy. Good massage, and great food all very close.
