I traveled to Bali with friends and colleagues , were looking for nice budget hotel with walkable distance to the beach and cafes. I emailed the hotel and got a quick response from the sales executive, mbak luluk. After exchanging several emails, I finally booked 16 rooms and she give us discounted rates. When we arrived I kind of shocked because there was a renovation going on and no one mentioned this to me before but then again I guess I got what I paid for. Luckily I always have my earplugs with me. The reception staff already prepared our arrangement of the rooms exactly as we wanted it so the check in process went smoothly. They only have 1 small lift that only fit 3 - 4 persons and only fit 2 persons if you bring luggages better asked for room on the lower level so that you can use stairs instead of queuing for the lift. I got a deluxe room , actually the room itself was kind of nice IF they weren't under maintenance. The king bed is huge but the sheets have stains. The room is almost dark , I usually take evidence for my review but this time I can't because there was barely light in the room. The fridge was empty and smelly, there was a kettle but no tea nor coffee. The bathroom, let's say you don't want to spend a long time showering here. I actually wanted to run away on the first night if i were traveling by myself. I know this isn't ritz but I've stayed in 3-star hotel before, even though the room was dated but at least it was clean. The rooms in this hotel isn't dated just not properly cleaned. Now the breakfast, they actually doing a pretty good job on the meal. For 300 thousand rupiahs, the breakfast is very worth it. It's an Indonesian style breakfast , so maybe it'll only fit the local tourist. Right opposite of the hotel you can find a lovely breakfast place, they have excellent coffee and food. I don't think I'll come back to this hotel, I'm too fuss over cleanliness, and rivavi fashion hotel doesn't provide me one.
We came to the hotel at 1pm. Had to wait for an hour to check in. Then No water for an hour due to a repair. No towers in the room. No bath mat. Nothing in the Mini bar. Breakfast is Fried or White Rice and Chicken 4 days in a row. No Tea/Coffee in the room. When complain, very long reaction time to get things right. I forgot to mention that the bed sheets and pillow sheets have stains.
Nice hotel close to Kuta Beach, i was stay in suite room which is bigger room. Close to the restaurant, only walk 15 minutes to get to Legian Area (club area). Value for money compare to other hotel, i enjoyed.
We had been given an upgrade so we're expecting great rooms, instead,we arrived at 10pm,tired and hot and found rooms were shabby, small and dark. Room 1 did not have any towels at all,the mini bar was an empty fridge, the tea/coffee making facilities consisted of two cups and saucers and a smelly kettle with an British plug!! Told by reception to buy adaptor....The hallway smelt of sewage.Room 2 had a towel which was old, dirty and stained. Sheets in bed, although freshly laundered had stains from a previous sexual encounter and god knows what else! Bathroom was dirty with questionable hairs and toilet did not flush! There was no soap provided for hand washing. Again,no coffee/tea making facilities. Children scared to sleep alone so we all spent night on top of the bed in one room with noisy AC. Noisy. Left the next day(had booked for 10 days) reception didn't appear concerned or bothered. The bottled water provided required a bottle opener to get into it... of which we didn't have nor was provided, so we ended up using nail scissors to break it open! Outside looked unkept, full of cars and not very inviting.
Stayed here as a group last week. Rooms are big and clean but not soundproof. You can hear noises from the hallway and swimming pool even after 10pm. Breakfast can be improved, not much choices but OK to start the day. Our main issue was the towels they provide - they're old and with some tears already. Even though they were washed, it really doesn't look clean because of its appearance. The staff are nice and accommodating.
Stayed for a week in May. Rooms are good with all facilities. There is a kettle and cups in the room but they don't provide tea or coffee. Free water every day. All in all, pretty good value for money. Good location if you like Legian. Short walk to the beach and market across the busy road.
I stay for 3 nights. My bad experience was happened when I put DND sign. I leave the hotel after breakfast and go back to hotel in the afternoon to take a shower and change my cloth. When I arrived, housekeeping staff already make up the room but there is no bathmat and bath towel. So I canceled to take a shower and I just want to change my cloth. When I change the cloth, somebody knock the door. I just ignore it because I already turn On DND lamp before. But I'm so surprise that somebody open the door even though DND sign lamp still ON!!! So I went into bathroom and screaming loud to tell him that I still change my cloth!!! So you have to train your staff regarding DND sign policy!!!!! Another bad things are : - breakfast are tasteless - all staff never great the guest - bath towel in the room very unfeasible to use - I tried to call reception for many times to borrow something but there is no answer so I have to going down to have what I want!
Hotel is beautiful, wonderful location, staff cannot fault, room had everything safe, pay TV, 2 bottle water daily, kettle, comfy bed, hot and cold water, bath, mood lighting, free wi-fi, nice balconies, pool, alarm clock. Have stayed in many hotels over the years in Bali this one for location and price is the best. Also have found room to be quite
We select suite room.Toilet quite big.I like it the space.Bed so big that can fit 3 people.Pool quite ok.Not much clorine. There is a bar which we can rest n relax after the day had pass.Friendly staff
We asked for single bed and get the double bed instead. Bathroom was clean and nice, but the bedroom was like less maintained. Peeled wallpaper, dirty mirror make the room really uncomfortable to watch. The hallway has poor lighting so its give us kinda spooky feelings.
