It was our honey moon trip and had a pleasant stay at peppers.there are many clubs near by so you can just try out while your stay. The staff were very proactive and friendly which made us fell like home.
Peppers is located in a great quiet location within seminyak. Buggy service to the main roads were great and necessary to use to leave the resort and easy to catch a taxi from main road. Staff amazing and friendly . 2 bed villa perfect.
We spent the last four nights of our stay in Bali here and after an exhausting round of sightseeing it was just what we needed, we had a four bedroom villa - No 45 - I didn’t really know what to expect but when that main door was opened and we crossed the little footbridge into our own private paradise I lmost cried ! It’s just beautiful, the pool - so warm and yet still refreshing ,surrounded by the villas - you really can’t call them bedrooms ! - lovely big bed with mosquito netting - always looks so romantic -the bathrooms are amazing , en suite and yet partly open to the elements with a garden and bamboo shower being part of it, does need better lighting though, my make up was very hit and miss ! the rooms are sprayed every night and coils lit outside your door to keep mossies away, there is also a large living area with plenty of seating for all and a kitchen should you want to cook, we didn’t but the fridge was useful. The food in the restaurant is really very good, particularly the breakfast and always served with a smile and very good value though alcohol is expensive, I paid three visits to the spa which were all excellent and again very good value. The complex is really much larger than I had realised though being in your own private world you don’t feel it, but there can be quite a trek between villa and reception, not a problem though as if you don’t feel like walking you can call for a buggy and be driven in style. The location is very good being close to shops and an amazing array of restaurants, I found the heat exhausting and usually had a buggy take us up to the top of the road where you could easily walk to the shops or take a readily available taxi which again are really good value. In short a beautiful, relaxing, friendly place in which to be pampered, relax and smile a lot !
We were fortunate to stay in one of the 5 bedroom luxury villas, (Villa 14) and the setting was nothing short of fantastic. We had a huge room assigned to us, which contained a very comfortable king size bed with mosquito netting, but the pillows were terrible. We asked to change the pillows but the replacements were no better. A suggestion would be to bring your own pillows, and please use the mosquito nets at night to prevent being eaten alive by mossies. (The staff do a round of the villas each night to spray for mossies, but several still manage to get in the villas.) The room also had a large T.V., plenty of storage cupboards and drawers, a safe, and a huge bathroom (no curtains) with a small fenced in outdoor space. The bathroom was well equipped with soap, shampoo, body wash and body lotion, and bathroom towels were changed every day. Each day we were supplied with a small bottle of drinking water, however, we were instructed that the resorts water supply was drinkable, but we did not want to chance it, so cleaned our teeth with the bottled water supplied. There was No tea/ coffle making facilities in the units. In fairness, the villa units are a little past their use by date, looking a bit worn & scruffy in places, but they were always clean. The wooden curtains were broken in several places, causing some privacy issues. The air conditioners were in full use 24 hours a day, as the weather was stinking hot during our visit. The communal kitchen was huge, tea / coffee was supplied and long life milk in the fridge. A large Bottled water dispenser was freely available in the kitchen, and private water bottles could be filled from this when needed. A large tray of tropical fruit was supplied in the kitchen on arrival for the use of all guests for the period of their stay. There was an oven, and enough crockery, cutlery & pots & pans to cook meals as required. The kitchen was cleaned daily by the staff, and supplies replenished. The large private pool was a godsend. The pool was always clean, & separate pool towels replenished daily. In this 5 bedroom resort there are adequate outdoor lounges to accommodate 10 people, and umbrella covering available. Behind reception in the main building is the dining room, & breakfast is included for each guest, which was nothing short of spectacular. Breakfast consisted of Fresh fruit and croissants & muffins, followed by an assortment of cereal and yoghurt. A selection of fruit juices and the coffee is "to die for"! There was a large selection of hot breakfast dishes to choose from, and the "eggs benedict" was spectacular. Also there was toast / muffins, and every spread imaginable. And all this was washed down by yet another cup of delectable coffee. There were set menus for lunch and dinner, at reasonable prices. However, BE AWARE..... Do not buy wine to drink in Bali. Without thinking our group purchased a glass of wine with an evening meal, and were slugged $39 AUD each per small glass of cheap wine. The restaurant has a 24 hour delivery service for meals in the villas, all reasonably priced. The resort has a buggy service to the villas, and due to an incapacitated husband, we had to rely on this service for our entire time here just to get around the resort. After calling reception, the buggy arrived at the villa within 10 minutes most times, and would take us down to the main street if required, and pick us up on return to the resort and return us to the villa. All of the staff are absolutely fantastic, bending over backwards to make sure our stay was memorable. We would definitely recommend this resort.
We were traveling with two infants and it was suggested that we stay in the one bedroom villa which was too small, should have been suggested the two bedroom villa the villas were not kid friendly so would suggest to set up a few of the villas especially for families
I would come back to Bali just for Peppers. I wish I stayed longer in Seminyak in this hotel. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful. The suite is amazing. We had a two bedroom villa with a private pool. The food is amazing here. I enjoyed every minute of it. I didn't even want to leave the room but I knew I had to in order to explore Seminyak. It is in a good location, near a lot of shops. They have a cart that takes you the front entrance towards the main street. I would recommend staying here and I would come back here if I come back to Bali.
We loved our stay at Peppers - couldn't find a single fault! The villa was amazing, staff were really friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and generous. It was our oasis from the busy streets of Seminyak.
very good place , good location , excellent staff . only thing considering the cost they should include airport transfer and also children breakfast could have been complimentary . the breakfast could have wider choice , especially for vegetarians
Friendly staff, beautiful gardens , excellent food and great location, just 10 mins from the beach and near to the shops ..who would want to stay anywhere else ! The spar is excellent and reasonably priced .
Enjoyed every minute. Rooms were clean, resort was well kept. the staff were very helpful. Always willing to assist. the buggy ride to the gates was a treat. Food was tasty and well presented. Security at the resort was excellent
