Me and my wife stayed there for 4 nights. Should say the accommodation was not great. Towels and sheets were not clean. The wifi worked for only one day and after that despite complaining they could not fix it. the bath room fittings were not user friendly. The staff were good and rooms were neat. Not much of options during breakfast for vegetarian. Location was good. Hot water flow was good.
Our stay in his hotel went from 7 days to 2 1/2 weeks after being stuck in Bali when the volcano threatened to erupt. We are a large family of 7, 2 adults, 5 kids. We had 2 rooms plus a deluxe pool suite. The pool suite was awesome!! Totally spotless with the room being cleaned in the morning, then someone came to turn down the bed and bring more water and towels in the evening! What great service! My only suggestion would be perhaps a rack or line to dry clothes and towels would be helpful in these rooms! The other 2 rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable! Great to come home to after a day in the Bali humidity! The staff are all friendly and so beautiful, from the front desk to the restaurant! Can’t say enough nice things about them! The breakfast was just ok, not really suited to a westerners taste. My kids weren’t impressed but it was ok, just different from what they are used to! The food and drinks in the restaurant were great and very reasonably priced as was room service. My only complaints would be the pool. On the website the pool looks huge, it’s tiny! With only a few sun lounges. Fortunately it was quiet, but I can imagine during the busy season, the pool could get very crowded! And this hotel is a fair walk from the markets, restaurants etc. Having a stroller, it wasn’t really easy to walk so we had to catch a taxi the whole time! Next time I’d stay somewhere more central with a huge pool where we could sit and relax with a drink and watch the kids swim. BUT this is not a negative review for this hotel, this hotel is fantastic!! I highly recommend it!
It's in the main centre.Near to Kuta beach.Good breakfast .Near to airport.Room size is also good.Value for money. It's near to many clubs. The room is very clean.Staff is co-operative. It's near to Kuta central exchange.
I gave this hotel very good as for the price you pay for the room it is extremely good value and you get a big room, comfy bed and nice bathroom. We never had the breakfast so cant comment on this, the only negative is the pool for the size of the hotel it is tiny, there are limited beds so you do have to get up an claim a bed or you would miss out. So if you are looking for a pool holiday I would look elsewhere.
The hotel location near to supermarket domino and kfc the staffs is very good and friendly the pool suites room is big enough for your kids to run around ..the breakfast is average but it still ok....
Me and my spouse stayed there for about 4 nights and we found that it was a really great choice, great room and it was bigger sizes compared to other hotel at the same value, great front desk team and they are very accommodating, all rooms is with balcony so you can enjoy the view of the pool and the restaurant from above. breakfast was great as well and overall our stay was excellent and the room is 5*, great job to the management and keep it up, if any chance we will visit Bali again we will be back. Cheers
Just back from a lovely holiday in Kuta. Stayed in this hotel in a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Room was large bathroom lovely. Toiletries and clean towels every day. Pool was nice for an early morning swim but got busy after breakfast. Breakfast was a buffet with a nice selection of food. Ate several times in the bamboo cafe and the snacks were nice and fresh. Staff were very helpful and always cheerie. Central to all the shops and beach a 15 minuet walk away. Beware pavements in Bali are none existent. Scooters, the security men at the hotel will help you cross the road to the supermarket and watch for you coming back. Booked car and driver with the agent in the hotel started with a driver(Bali tour service) ended with a friend thank you Edy. Yes I loved Bali the people the noise and the scooter and the hotel
Stayed here for 2 nights, the staffs is friendly, I stayed in a room with private pool & I enjoyed it. The breakfast they really need to improve on it. Had dinner at the hotel, honestly, they should improve their cooking. Also, need to have better ventilation at the restaurant for breakfast when you sit outdoor it is very warm & they should install fans.
Just back from Bali, stayed here for 1 week and it was Good! Not extremely wonderful but not terrible by a long shot. The room was spacious and air con was fabulous- well needed. Room was cleaned every day and was spotless when we returned from our adventures in Bali. The hotel can get noisy due to the traffic outside but it is Kuta after all, which we soon found out is very noisy all night long! We ate breakfast here a few times which was not included in our package but cheap. The eggs benedict was great and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly - Every one of them saying hello with a smile when you arrived which goes a long way in my book. The pool area is small - I think there's about 8 beds so to get one you have to be up pretty early as people reserve the beds with towels. The pool was small but area was clean and sunbeds were comfy. The cocktails at bar are pretty bad - doubt that there really is any alcohol in them and taste of water but the beers were cheap and we bought some fries a few times - These were decent enough. The staff behind the reception were always lovely - Like every person we met in Bali! Very friendly people! The hotel is a bit of a walk to the beach and is on a main road which is very scary as the traffic is mad! We got used to it by the end of the week but the first few days I was terrified to try and cross any road! but Taxi's are so cheap so not a problem. In the reception each morning there is about 10 men asking if you'd like a taxi so easy enough to barter and get a good deal. If I was staying in Bali again I would maybe spend a wee bit more money and stay in a hotel with a bigger pool and better views/location etc but for first time or for someone who is only staying a few nights it's perfect.
I pre-booked a weeks accommodation but shortly after arriving, I was less than impressed. At approximately $60 per night AUD, AND SUPPOSEDLY A BIG SPECIAL, it was belong any reasonable expectations. Breakfast was included, which was very average for a 4 star hotel. The overall service was also poor and they would not allow an early exit, even though I had not pre-paid. When I complained about the extremely uncomfortable bed, they upgraded me to a junior suite. That would have been fine, except when I spoke with the manager, he said the air conditioning did not work properly and new ones were being fitted next year. However, there was no attempt to assist me, and by that time I had given up complaining. I then thought I would try the the all you can eat Dim Sum, in the restaurant. On arrival I was told it wasn’t a buffet, but just order from the menu. I should have realised that then would then ‘drip feed’ you, very slowly. I ordered a couple of dishes, and they took 20 minutes to arrive. They were also the smallest servings I have ever seen. When I ordered more, another 20 minutes plus, and they apologised, saying they were very busy. Yet the restaurant seating was almost empty.... This place is okay, but don’t expect any service and don’t pay for the breakfast....... The dim sums were nice, but don’t expect to eat until your heart is content.
