I am booking 2 superior rooms for 4D3N, the staffs are very friendly and helpfull. If you book superior room, you will not get the slippers and electric kettle, but if you travelling with child and book superior, you can request the electric kettle. AC in this room very good. And only 1 min walks to the the beach. 5 min walks to the Lippo Mall. But, I thought, this hotel still needs a lot of renovation. Very old and damp wardrobe. I can not keep clothes in the closet. The walls are damp. And every night I had to ask the hotel to spray the mosquito repellent, because there are so many mosquitos. The hotel lighting is also minimal. Breakfast menu is not much choice with the standard taste. And the worst was in the last day, before I checked out, the hotel electricity was dead. and the staff just say, electricity is off from central PLN. Genset is only lit in the reception hall and restaurant. In the superior room building, the electricity is not on. Why is there a generator if you can not make electricity in all areas of the hotel? You should pay attention, because guests want comfort until guests get out of the hotel.
CC ( 18.01.25 ) I and my son stayed 1 day there, and we booked by Internet. I didn't expect this hotel because of low price. But though the hotel was a little old, but there was good for its price. The staff was very kind, and there was good to stay 1 day to us. Excellent price and proper facility. We were satisfied.
We get to this hotel from the airport in 10min by walk. No need taxi if you havent big bags. I saw 7 different hotels on Bali for the same price and it was the best one for his money. 1.Breakfast was realy not only toast or eggs ..it was different every day! 2.you can use the pool even at evening. You can take some coctails in the bar and have a rest near the pool. 3. Big balcony. 4. big and quite territory 5. not so far to the city center 6. very helpful staff. (They allowed to keep our bags even in the day of checking-out) 7. it is good beach near-very quite and empty, not so crowdy as on Kuta Beach 8. you can rent good(!) bike in the hotel for a good price I will return there 100%!
This is a good hotel, in a quiet location a little away from Kuta. Very clean, good breakfast, good pool and pleasant helpful staff. A good beach, but be aware that there is coral in the sand which makes it difficult (but not impossible) to get in and out of the water. We will be returning.
Nice hotel. Lovely pool. Breakfast good. Rooms good size for price. Balcony a lovely area. Front of house staff are the weak spot. They did not assist with baggage and room maintenance that was required did not seem to be acted upon until 3rd request. We would definitely stay here again. Excellent position.
I have stayed at Palm Beach Hotel numerous times over the past 24 years, with some visits up to 4 weeks at a time. The hotel is located in a quieter part of south Kuta, just across the road from the beach. It is an easy 15 minute walk to central Kuta along the paved footpath along the beach. There are numerous good to excellent restaurants and spas in easy walking distance of the hotel. The hotel rooms are configured in a horse-shoe shape, comprising three stories, set in well cared for attractive gardens and overlooking the central pool and restaurant. The pool, although not large is adequate, well designed and clean. The staff are attentive, professional, honest and speak very good English. (Some have been at the Hotel for over 15 years ) Breakfast is okay, with a reasonable variety of western and Indonesian dishes. The food on the menu is very good, especially the authentic Balinese food that needs to be ordered one day before. The serving sizes are good and prices are reasonable. I always pay the slightly higher room tariff and stay in a deluxe room which offer refurbished amenities.Overall, a value for money, 3 star medium sized hotel in a relatively quiet location. My next visit will be in October this year.
A nice hotel to stay in, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist strip. Was here for 8 days and was a pleasant stay. Really good pool. Restaurant was good for dinner ( excellent Nasi Goreng istemewa ). Only had breakfast here once, not really impressed by it. Preferred " Nasi Bungkus " on the beach. Will be back again soon.
This looked great on the internet and the reviews were good, however the cheap price should have been a giveaway . Unfortunately I prepaid for a weeks accommodation here and spent one night, I couldn't get out quick enough. Admittedly I had been staying in a nice resort before going here which probably made it seem a lot worse but..... here's my list; - it's in s really dodgy area, no security, I did not feel safe - the room smelt very musty, I had the top of the range room, but, yuk! - I was on the ground floor, the balcony door was flimsy, could have easily been forced open, in fact I slept with my suitcase against the door so I would wake up if someone came in - one power point and it's high above the bathroom bench - no shower screen so when you shower everything in the bathroom gets wet - no bath mats, no pool towels - pool is small and has way too much chlorine and lounges are uncomfortable - rooms have lights outside and some high windows without curtains so very light at night I could go on but ....... I think anyone who has read this far gets the picture by now.
Hi all, just come back from a 10 day stay at palm beach , great to be at this end of kuta ,restaurants were real value for money in this region ,close to beach ,Waterbomb park an walked to airport to get home after paying 20 aus to get there ,yes I got ripped, that price was half of what he first asked for, loved the hotel ,yea a few broken tiles around but some real character with age, pool was great, staff were good and hotel food an beer was value,, downside door to balcony had a 5mm gap between door an frame ,mossies came in first night,i put a towel in between to stop them coming in second night ,breakfast good but a plague of bees was off putting, bees sting you were I come from ,,linen was well used an showed age an wear, nowhere to lock valuables,an door lock was only just working,,first night we stayed in a room that hadn't been cleaned, anyway after all that, at 28 bucks a night,il go back for sure, thanks, graham
Great location, very close to the beach, Lippo Mall and airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival we found that the hotel also has a half day rate (leave at 6pm if you've already stayed the previous night). This didn't affect us as we left at 11pm, however, the half day option should be shown on the booking site. We were on the third floor (no lift). We travel light, but staff will assist with luggage. Might want to ask for a lower floor if you find climbing stairs difficult. Breakfast was included. Lovely food in the restaurant - more expensive than warungs, but we expected that. There is also a huge swimming pool, lovely gardens, even a waterfall. We had a superior room which had a fridge, flat screen TV with a lot of channels, balcony and clothes drying rack. Our only negatives would be that the WiFi was very unpredictable and while it was great to have a balcony, the chairs and table are huge (and old) for the small balcony space. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus (extra cost) to the airport, but we'd already booked with the friendly taxi drivers across the road. We'd happily stay again! Note to management: It was very confusing when I went to write the review! On Trip Advisor, "Palm Beach International Hotel" is shown under Tuban at Jl. Pantai Banjar Segara no. 1, Tuban. "Palm Beach Hotel" is shown under Kuta at Jl Jenggala no 1, Kuta 80361, but they are definitely the same place!!
