Location, and presentation, and amenities. Will stay when we are back in town.
Fabulous breakfast, beautiful rooms we loved it all
Nice pool face the beach, and staff were very nice.
By far the best hotel we've stayed in Bali. It's pristine and touristy but the ambience, location and decor of the hotel is so beautiful, it's worth every dime. The dinner and breakfast buffet is about $45 USD and it's similar to the Wynn in Las Vegas. Very lavish resort, will definitely come back
The hotel's architecture totally blew my mind. The view from the lobby is amazing and a must for snapping photos. The staff was exceptionally good! They were everywhere you walked around the hotel, thus when you needed help you wouldn't need to look further. A huge shoutout to Simon Tan, the executive manager there for compensating my girlfriend and I with a ride to Jimbaran as our room was a little warm .
This hotel is exactly what you expect...over the top, in a good way. It's eye candy everywhere. The food is great. Our only issue was that it is so big we kept getting lost trying to find our room! haha
The hotel was beautiful but what impressed us the most was the 5 star service everyone was treated with from their staff. The food was amazing especially at Soliel. This resort was exceptional all around! I would definitely recommend this resort over any world wide brand named chains in the area.
