Great property. Amazing facilities, great food, good service. We loved the surroundings as well. The buffets were awesome! So was the beach and water faciliti a. Would definitely recommend it for a place to stay in Bali.

Stunning hotel - service impeccable - food wonderful (must try to get included breakfast as it will keep you full all day). Rooms are beautiful, large, well laid out and extremely comfortable (especially the beds). We would stay there again in a minute. Wish that they had properties elsewhere.

This is one of the best resorts in Nusa Dua, with a private Sunrise beach. The rooms are super-luxurious with every amenity in this beautiful property. The Staff and services are wonderful. They have pubs, wedding arrangements, business conference rooms with attention to all the details.

Stayed in the sprawling hotel complex - very lavish, clean and impressive, a bit like a Bond villain's island fortress crossed with an art gallery. The over-enthusiastic toilets and giant pillows take some getting used to. Only gripe was traveling with two school aged kids. No roll-away beds (so the king bed gets crowded) and the policy of charging 9 year olds as adults at the various buffets is pretty steep (expect a lot of $35 bowls of cornflakes, unless your child eats like an adult). Overall, a great place with great food.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights prior to taking a luxury cruise. The cruise line put us up in the hotel. We have traveled to almost 100 countries and this is definitely one of the best hotels that we have stayed at. The room was large (as was the bathroom). It had every amenity that one could desire. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was great (and definitely needed). The bathroom had a "Toto" toilet that is over the top. While I have never reviewed toilets before, this one opens as if to greet you when you approach, has a heated seat and various electronic bidet features. Breakfast was included and we could not get enough of the sushi bar, Indian, Chinese and other Asian foods (as well as eggs, juices, etc.). There was enough food to keep you full until dinner. The staff is what makes this hotel so over the top. There is nothing that is too much for them to do for you. When we were walking from a bus to the entrance (about a block) at night, someone appeared from nowhere with a flashlight to illuminate the walkway. Simply amazing! There is one thing that I would change. Apparently 3 days prior to our visit (we were part of a group of 200 that did the pre-cruise there -- it included excursions) the hotel stopped the tour buses from entering the property. Instead, we had to get out of the larger bus and cram ourselves into small vans that took you to the entrance (which is why we decided to walk). This was very inconvenient and, in my opinion, should be changed. The property is huge so the fact that there was a group of 200 (that did not know each other) was not an issue. We all more or less did our own thing. I could not recommend this hotel more highly. It is paradise!

Excellent - fascinating choice of cuisine - assuming that you enjoy eastern flavours although their Mediterranean restaurant also serves Indonesian, Vietnamese and Thai, if my memory serves me correctly. Beautiful pools - at least 9 - beautiful gardens and beach and delightful staff. Spent 6 days there at the end of March and will be returning, next year we hope.

Extremely friendly staff, excellent restaurants. And well priced. A good value for the money. I would always recommend a hotel of this quality to any traveller. Service was unbelievable. I wish there were more hotels like this one.

I stayed at the wonderful Mulia resort (3 resorts within one very large property: Mulia resort, Mulia suites and Mulia villas) for 3 glorious days in April 2018. Regrettably, I had several research projects so most of my time was spent in the room working. However, I did manage to have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Café restaurant, which I found sumptuous and exceptionally reasonable considering all the available dishes from several countries, including Thai, Korean, Japanese, Italian and of course Indonesian. I splurrged with the Gourmet package that includes these three meals at two of the resort’s four restaurants (I only ate at the café but Table8 (Chinese) was also included in my package. I had the Grandeur room, 57 sqm/614 sqft, with a resort view. The room had a geneerous patio and a separate walk-in shower and bathtub. The toilet was high-tech, that is, you cleaned yoruself by pushing buttons and when you entered the toilet area, the seat came up automatically (and closed automactically when you left the toilet area). This room is th starting category at the resort, but is more than sufficient for 2 adults (I was alone on the trip). The staff are exceedingly professional, friendly and helpful (great job by management). The resort comprises 4 swimming pools, one beachfront. Being beachfront makes this resort an ideal place to spend a few days. I wish I had more free time on this trip to experience the spa and the fitness center. For sure, I will return and make sure I have no work to interfere with the experience of this exceptional resort. My only gripes were (1) some rennovation was going on and I could hear the noise and (2), which applies to nearly all hotels/resorts, is that I paid the gourment package for 2 persons, even tough I am 1 person! The problem is that often you pay for the room for up to 2 persons, so the price remains remains the same for 1 or 2 guests. It seems the only way to resolve this issue is to brng a guest (maybe next time I can bring 2 guests to make up for only being 1 guest on this last trip!). In summary, this is a wonderful property that I highly recommend, especially for its beachfront setting and amazing beachfront pool. Finally, the price is actually quite reasonable, especially if you look for the best Internet prices (I booked directly with the hote land paid a bit more, but sometimes it's worth it because of the service).

One of the most beautiful luxurious hotel I have ever been for a 5 star. Worth the money however the hotel has strict rules just about everything which makes the whole experience not as enjoyable at times. We were not allowed to take our bottle of wine in the room to finish it, smoking areas were a hike, dress code quite strict and food and service charge is very expensive for Bali. Great for people who want to relax and just stay at the resort. Local facilities were really bad. Not practical and far from everything. The spa and massage were through the roof! $200-300!!!

Our recent visit to Mulia was the second as we stayed there once before and both times we enjoyed our stay. The service of the hotel staff, the state of the room and the food was just excellent. The Café could not be beaten for breakfast. My wife is vegetarian and she was totally looked after by the Indian chef. Nothing was too difficult for him. we would recommend this hotel any time
