We stayed at Le Meridien for our honeymoon and birthday celebration. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome, all the service was extremely personalised and the hotel itself is in beautiful condition. What made our stay even more wonderful was the staff, they were caring, friendly, professional and nothing was to much trouble. A special thanks to staff members Smiley, Gede, Widiartii, Santi, Ady, Ati and Artana to mention a few. We will definately be back thank you again everyone at Le Meridien

I was there for a business conference. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. they attended to all our lad-hoc requests and offered great recommendations. Overall a great experience with such warm hospitality. Miss all the staff and people there. Will return for sure.

Fantastic resort. Staff were wonderful. Special mention to Gede and Smiley and Ade who made our holiday very special. Looked after us so well and made us feel like family. Will come back for sure. Love from Judy and Elvis Jovanovic xxxx

We had a great time at the Le Meridien. It was our first time in bali and loved our time at the Le Meridien. We wanted to spend a lot of time sitting around the hotel relaxing with our kids. Which we did!!! The rooms were lovely, the pool is great, and the staff are all amazing. Only down side was they ran out of beer and more didn't come during our stay.

There have been a lot of mixed reviews around Le Meriden so we did have a little bit of worries before our trip. We stayed here for 8 nights with the Luxury Escapes deal. On arrival we were greeted by the kindest staff, all asking us how our flight was and what plans we had, the check in process was fast and easy. Me and my partner had a Lagoon View room and it was stunning. Everything was exactly like the amazing photos, the room was perfect. Clean, huge, stunning. Air conditioning was fabulous lol! Bed was super comfy, shower was amazing. The room made us really feel like we were in an amazing resort. Room service was really good! Easy, fast, and the food was very yummy! We had the bolognese, carbonara and the burger during our stay, all of which were very tasty! Buffet breakfasts were awesome! So many options, all the staff were happy to fit your needs. Coffee was actually really recent! All the food was to a high standard and was the best start to our days. One previous review stated that it was too small to be called a resort, I disagree. It wasn’t a huge resort, but it has everything you need and was still very spacious and relaxing. It was a resort because of how wonderful the layout and facilities are. The pool was amazing, plenty of room and loungers. The cocktails were unique and delicious! The Smokee Sky Bar was incredible. So stunning to sit there and watch the sunset, we went up on the Friday DJ night, the DJ was one of the best DJ’s I have ever listened to! Was a lovely night with awesome service. Unsure what all the complaints about it being very smokey was about, it wasn’t intense smoke smell and was hardly noticeable! The staff are what really made our trip the best. Every day they all greet you, asking how your day has been etc. The staff are what makes this place the best. Its a amazing resort, but with these amazing people on the staff, it made our stay here amazing. Smiley and another male that was working up on the Sky Bar on the Friday DJ night (can’t remember his name) were especially amazing. The other guy saw us on our first day, and then at the dinner and remembered us which was nice. Smiley was incredibly friendly and engaging and was always keen for a chat. Overall, our stay at Le Meriden was amazing. I highly recommend staying here, for families and couples. It was beautiful and relaxing and made our trip to Bali amazing. We will definitely be back.

A great place to enjoy luxurious & clean room, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Its a place for you to escape from your daily routine, near to jimbaran local food and Jimbaran beach. Thanks for the great experience Le Meridien Jimbaran, Bali, surely will be on our next trip plan.

It's true as what the past review said the hotel was a lit bit old and the hotel is not the expected large. But the roof top glass chapel is wonderful and is good for photography! Upon my arrival, a staff escorted me to my room and attempted to persuade me to upgrade my staff to a lagoon view room by paying additional price! It was quite unusual and annoying! The nightmare happened by the time when I arrived! After checked in, the bell boys pledged to take care my luggages and would deliver them to my room directly! As I had booked a driver and had to go out on time even before the luggages were delivered. After 5 hours I came back from the tour, I just discovered that one luggage was not yet delivered. Finally, it was revealed that the luggage was wrongly delivered to other guest room and left my luggage in an unsecured place for 5 hours. Luckily my cage was in orange colour and they could easily memorise where it was so they could quickly return the luggage to me. I can't imagine how it would be if my luggage was dark in colour. Later I also found that the room number printed on the telephone in my room was different from the actual room number. This will definitely cause other confusions to the guest and would create similar troubles. TV cables were all exposed which is definitely not a five stars hotel's standard. Finally, there was no hair dryer in the room. Breakfast is just normal and should be a 3 star or below standard. However, coffee is good! Definitely, the hotel is poorly managed and not worth for money! I would recommend you choose other hotels and check the reviews before booking!

What's made us choose this hotel was the pool access room and expectation it'll live to standard 5 stars hotel. From the lobby onward it's clearly should be deemed as a 4 stars hotel. The room is spacious though, amenities and everything's good but not a 5 stars standard. Drink at the pool bar taste watered down, breakfast is just that, a bit on the downside. The highlight of the stay clearly when my 2 years old baby can swim in the pool right off our room, and btw, the pool is one of the cleanest pool in Bali, with enough sun/shade area. The beach is Jimbaran beach, nice sandy and the wave is just right for my baby. Be aware though, you have to walk through the row of cafes to go to the beach and the hotel does not have private area on the beach.

Nice chapel to get married in but upsetting thats it. We were not looked after even though we got married here. The preperation room for a bride and girls is terrible. Lucky i had no guests as i eloped because its dark and boring and its just a mirror and couch not a actual room for bridal photos. Anyway this is not the reason for my complaint. Complaint... I realised my flight was 12am not 12pm lunch time so i ask to extended 1 days accomodation as i got my flight mixed up with planning the wedding and all. So i asked instead of checkout at 12pm lunch can we arrange a room to stay in until 9pm First they said they can not accomodate us. That i can leave our bags in the lobby and use hotel facilites until 930pm... ...Well noone wants to sit in the pool or in the lobby for 9hrs.... So i even offered to pay money or just be put in another room for the 9hours as i know the hotel is not booked out its pretty quiet here but they couldnt. Then i said look i just got married here, i paid $1500 for a chapel to elope in with no guests just a quick ceremony so i feel you guys are taking everything you can from me. I cant even get in for a massage and use my free massage vouchers until tomorrow (after checkout) They finally they offer me another room for "a special price" at $130 for yep ok but how is that looking after me we just got married here, this is ment to be a place i want to return to yearly on anniversaries. Our Perth hotel looked after us better when they heard we were going to get married in bali in a few days! A better hotel (The Stones) in bali said they will let us stay for $150 until we need to go to the airport...Now how can the hotel we got married in offer us 9hrs for $130 saying its a "special price" when another hotel is saying $150. Le Meridien we got married here with you... and stayed our whole honeymoon here... does this mean nothing! Noisey trolleys waking you every morning. Average food..

We bought a luxury escape deal for 8 nights. It's hard to describe this resort. We have stayed in many resorts during our 25 years coming to Bali.I think Luxury Escapes need to stay and rate for themselves otherwise you would not rate 4 star for this Le Méridien. The traveler needs to know this hotel faces quite a few smokey seafood cafes and a busy car park before you walk on to the beach . On a map you think it's perhaps across the Rd from the beach which is true .It's disappointing on arrival if you are a seasoned traveler ,my first impression is a run down resort and surprisingly only 4 years since completed. There was a sky bar right next to our room ,unbeknown to me it has a DJ Friday nights and is often playing music and is opened to the public. This skybar has no appeal and all the extras you get in a deal have to be taken up there. It can be smokey and does spoil the view . Wine is always expensive in Bali but this hotel charges 5 star prices on wine. First morning at the resort there were games in the pool with a fabulous staff member who announces on a microphone , if they had a separate pool yes some people love this but when people are tired from the flight it's a bit hard to take. The resort does boast a lovely pool but when booking be ware the rooms with a lagoon view are not the lagoon rooms where you can slip in from your balcony. The sports bar has a terrible Muldi smell , they need to pull it out as it obviously has water issues. Positives are: Our room we had was an upgraded suite, very nice , large and a very comfortable bed. The staff are amazing and make this resort . Special mention to Smiley who runs around tirelessly making sure everyone is happy. The staff will run you anywhere by buggy up to the main road. Personally I wouldn't stay 8 nights in Jimbaran again. We did have a nice time with Our friends and the resort grows on you as it does have its own appeal . Breakfast is usual buffet . Comparing 4 star to other hotels such as the SOFITEL or even Mercure , Bare in mind ,Le Meridian in Jimbaran is not 4 star.
