Don't expect a good range and tasty breakfast. We ate the same food almost everyday. As for me, I ate their bread and omelette. That's the best among all. Rest are taste pretty bad. We stayed for 5 days. We had their breakfast for the first 3 days and gave it a missed on our last 2 days. The staffs service is good. They were friendly I would say. Just a small hitch on towel distribution. There was a day they didn't provide the towels to our room ( and to some others) until we have to call. After an hour, still no delivery. So my fiancé decided to self service. He looked the staff busy distributing towels. That's how we got to know other rooms have the similar issue with us. Not sure why. I would say this is just a once off hitch during our 5 days stay. The hotel wifi is good. But the room wifi is weak, but still able to chat via whatapps 😊. Just can Facebook. Location is perfect in the hearth of Kuta. The hotel has many features including gym, long pool, ten pin bowling, big restaurant, massage etc. However, the place did not seem to be a four start hotel to my personal point of view. The hotel seems a bit old and in our room we had the toilet that smelled like sewage and it was quite disgusting. Also the toilet floor was wet most time due to a leak. Staff, service and cleaning were good and the room itself was quiet. Breakfast was really average, lot of choice of different food but did was not the best in my opinion.
The food is not worth the price. I paid too much for a salad, and the salad wasn't enough to fill me. So I ordered a side of mashed potatoes which they quoted me 40,000 for. 40,000 for a mashed potato? Man, in some other places you can get a full meal for about 50,000. So this place was overpriced for sure. The food wasn't worth the price at all. Our total came to the most expensive meal that we had in all of our time in Bali, but it wasn't anywhere near the best quality, service, or atmosphere; we felt our money should have been spent elsewhere.
It is so good we are returning on the 15th June for 10 days and hoping to get near the same room we had before which was 2111. It was a great room for us as we are older. This time there are 8 of us going, so we are hoping to be near each other. So looking forward to it.
Very nice hotel very clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is very nice and the location to the shops and the beach is just across the the from the hotel the food prices are very reasonable
Its a good location for Kuta, close to Discovery, Waterbom Park and Kuta Markets, its not where I usually stay in Bali and I only had 1 night here. Its ok but you get what you pay for I only paid AUD40 for the night. Its clean enough, a bit run down and kind of creepy, reminded me of those motels you see in American horror movies and my room smelt a bit like cigarettes. I personally wouldn't stay there again, but if your just looking for somewhere to sleep and that's close to the Kuta life its fine. Probably would suit the young ones. Nice pool, lovely friendly staff.
The good points Friendly staff Bowling alley at the back of the hotel. You have to pay but it is cheap. Reasonably big rooms. The bad parts Terribly slow and unreliable wifi Even in public areas it would take 30 seconds to load a Snapchat picture. The buffet breakfast was the worst I have ever had in Bali. The rooms were dated and the hotel uses poor quality linen. The sheets are an off white colour and barely fit the bed. It might be a cheap hotel but shop around and find somewhere else for the money.
The staff here are great, they are all so friendly and they are always smiling and saying hello. This makes a stay somewhere so much more pleasant. The food for breakfast is very good, tasty. The rooms are a good size and the air con works well if your not good with the humid air outside. My friends and I even gave the staff the idea of placing chairs out on the grass in the garden for an afternoon/evening drink :) also a very convenient location. Thanks Kuta Station!
In general the hotel was nice, hardly anything major to complain from. The LOCATION is great, really close to the airport so convenient when arriving and leaving, and also close walking distance to beach, central Kuta, shops, all restaurants and bars. ROOM was tidy and generally clean. I am normally not too fussed about it as you do get what you paid for so all in all had everything you could ask for. Prior to arriving in Bali I asked for a room on the upper floor as I do not fancy having a room right next to the pool, garden and walking area. Free WI-FI in rooms with good connection, mini bar with really reasonable prices (close to the ones in nearby shops), TV with enough channels, really strong and reliable Air Conditioning, safety deposit box, big balcony to sit down and relax, kettle included + free water/coffee/tea replenished daily (not sure if it is for all rooms, but it was in mine). Big bathroom with hot shower available, towels and bed linen can be changed daily. Again, good quality and nothing to complain from. RESTAURANT was not particularly amazing. Breakfast buffet was limited with hardly anything than the usual to choose from. The restaurant menu is rich with loads of different local and international dishes to choose from. Sadly, on the second day after having dinner there me and my partner got severe stomach problems. Cannot possibly state if it was directly from the food eaten there, or just a general virus/reaction to exotic location, but since that we couldn't eat anything to the rest of the trip and had frequent problems with diarrhoea and vomiting. When we asked at reception for a doctor nearby, they said that they can only call on from the town but it will be too expensive, and only offered me to go to the pharmacy (there is one not far away). When we were really sick one night we asked for room service of only a few pieces of toasted bread and got a bit annoyed that i had to explain myself ten times for something as simple. At the end got charged something ridiculous for it anyway, but lets say it is our problem we got sick. Still, overall service and support in situations like this could definitely be improved as I am sure we are not the first visitors to experience similar problems. Free bowling available at a really nice venue, pool bar had friendly staff and enough to go for, spa also available. Again, with the exception of our specific issues and the limited help given from the hotel, everything else was really good and is worth the money you pay for it. If you want luxury and better service you might consider looking at other options, and there are plenty nearby.
My family & I stayed at Kuta Station Hotel it was very beautiful, the staff where very friendly & helpful. We had our 2 young children age 2 & 4 the staff here where fantastic wid the kids. They had kids play ground so they where entertained for hrs. The front office manager Gede Panti Yasa could never do enough always made sure we where happy. The food was lovely. The bowling allie & pool tables r fully aircon wid bar for entertainment for the family & all ages. Looking forawrd for another holiday & stay.
