We didnt like the rooms on the second floor. The room was old with a weird window and long heavy curtains it gave a spooky feeling! The buffet breakfast was okay with many indonesian dishes but there was dead flies inside the jam/jelly jars! It made us doubt about other dishes hygiene levels. Cereals and milk was available on order. The front restaurant was open 24 hours.Otherwise the spa and gym looked good. But the bowling were only free if you buy the shoes and socks and one game. It was rainy season when we reached there and there were slippery wet leaves in the stairs which is outside. I might not come again here.

We stayed there for two nights and the place is nice, quite place and good for relax. We can played boling too there after nothing to do. Place in the center near with everything, just bit complain about the breakfast not really too much variation. But for the price is a nice place to stay.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my friends. We were not in the hotel mostly only back at nights but from the services I experienced I think they were great. One morning we were going for rafting at 6 but the breakfast starts only at 6:30am but on requesting they packed a breakfast for us at 6 in the morning. And also I was vegetarian so they sometimes cooked meals specially for me on requesting. And little things like this made my stay comfortable and amazing. And not to forget the location is good restaurants and bars around and it’s just walking from the beach

Fantastic staff nice clean rooms , good pools nice kiddie play ground added bonus with the bowling alley, would defiantly recomend this hotel,right in the heart of Kuta walking distance to beach.will be going back

For the price I expected a whole lot better. The first room we had the door handle fell off of was so damaged the door needed replacing. Changed room and the air conditioning didn't work it's on 16 and I'm sweating. The cleaners don't know what bleach is so there is mould everywhere in the shower. Drains blocked. Smell of damp. BED BUGS!!! Lots of bed bugs. Bali itself is horrible, dirty, and the people are rude and out to rip you off. I've never felt so unsafe in my life and I have travelled Europe. Don't waste your money. Go to the sunshine Coast instead. Beautiful..

There are four of us so we always wanted to stay in the same room, preferably a family room and from what I see on the web, this hotel is pretty decent and comfortable, also it's near the airport, a Circle K, Discovery Shopping Mall, and Kuta Square. When we arrived, the first impression of this hotel doesn't quite live up to our expectation, at least for a 4-star hotel standard (but we did get welcome drinks for each of us). The family room that we occupied was a bit musty and dusty in some places, maybe because it's rarely occupied and cleaned. The room's light bulbs radiate yellow light so it gives off the dim-lit room vibes. The bathroom door is a bit difficult to open because it is kinda stuck to the wooden frame. Sometimes makes a creaking noise as well when the door is swung open or close. The bathroom is okay, it has no bathtub, only a simple shower, a sink, and a toilet. Sometimes there is a dark liquid dripping from the ceiling ventilation. The shower water doesn't turn warm immediately so sometimes we had to take a cold shower. The bed is comfortable tho. In the family room we get a double bed and two single beds, enough for the 4 of us. One of the bedside lamp needs to be fixed because it's hanging sideways. The breakfast is so-so but I like the simple fried rice, omelette, and coffee. They also serve fruit cocktails (but doesn't really contain alcohol) but it's warm when cocktails should be served cold, especially when the breakfast place is semi-outdoor like that, you need some refreshing drink. We rented a car to get around and we parked the car on the back parking space guarded by security. The alley leading to the parking space is a bit unsettling as there are a lot of dark empty stores. It doesn't really matter during the day but in the evening it can be really creepy. Clearly this hotel needs some improvement like the cleanliness and maintenance of the room, but the staff is really friendly, helpful, and quick to fix whatever can be fixed immediately. Like when we need some mopping, slippers, hangers, and a change of electric kettle. I don't think I will stay in this hotel again but I hope it can be improved for future visitors.

Rooms need a facelift, shower does the job but pretty shabby and the shower fittings are all clogged. We had 2 rooms that we thought we had booked as interconnecting but sadly were not. Pool was lovely to look at but way too warm to be refreshing so only used it once. The pool hall and bowling alley is an awesome inclusion to this property. The location is great if you love getting out and about in Kuta. The breakfast is ok, nothing flash but you can order some foods to be cooked fresh which suited us. The staff were lovely in the restaurant. Can’t really comment on the hotel staff, as we really didn’t see them much. They watched us come and go each day, we weren’t shown to our room. Our room was cleaned everyday which was lovely. Would I stay again? Maybe if I’m spending time in Kuta and I can get it cheap. Hope this helps 😂

This hotel was booked by my relative, and it was obviously not my choice. I had read many negative comments about this hotel before checking in, so I didn't expect much. However, there were worse things than I had anticipated... Firstly, there're many mosquitoes at the hotel lobby. Secondly, the breakfast was so poor. We saw some dead flies in the bottol of jam in the buffet (photo attached). Since then, we only had bacons and pancakes by requesting directly to staff although they served us quite late. Thirdly, the hotel seems not having the standard of service. One of my relatives complained because the air-conditioner, TV and telephone in his room were all out of order and couldn't sleep due to heat. He asked the front desk to change the room, but they said they were fully-booked. My own daughter who was in a seperate room from me and my husband, requested new towels in the afternoon time because the cleaner didn't replace the old towels, but they said that they wouldn't be able to change 'til the following day. The TV remote control in my room was out of battery, then I requested for a new battery. 2 men who looked like engineers came to my room without saying any greeting, entered my room with their shoes on, and changed the battery while talking to each other which seemed very odd and rude to me (the guest). Forthly, they prioritize foreigners to local people. At breakfast, the staff served much quicker and better than to local guests. Fifthly, the facilities of hotel are too old and dirty. I even don't dare to use the swimming pool. These bad experiences that we had cannot be excused even if it was one of the busiest time of the year for their business. Although the location is strategic, I don't find any reason to choose this hotel.

We hadnt booked this hotel on arrival since we were not sure if we would make it due to mt agung erupting and flight cancellations. On a whim our flight made it to bali and we went straight from the airport to kuta station (no booking). Its located 5 mins from discovery plaza and less than 2 minutes from the beach, about 8 mins from the airport. On arrival we asked if they had any rooms available the lady printed a copy of all the rooms and their cost. We wanted the most basic room as it was already 1030pm and we were flying out early the next morning anyway. The most basic room was FAR more expensive than advertised online (yes we did our research before coming) and when i mentioned this to the lady serving she laughed and said "oh we know". She quickly realised i was not entertaining the idea saying to my partner we will go else where however she then offered to upgrade us to the pool view room and discount us by 250 000 rupiah, which matched the online quoted price. Breakfast was included. We were also provided with two free bowling coupons which we didnt use as we didnt have time. We also recieved a coupon for discounted massage at the hotel - again we didnt use therefore can't comment on quality. Welcome drinks came out soon after and then we were taken to our room. Room was spacious for two. Had an in room safe. Decent size closet. Desk and bedside tables. The bathroom needed a good clean. Sewerage stank the entire bathroom out the moment you walked in which again is a common issue in bali. The shower was roughly 3m by 1.5m - it was massive, shame that the tiles were grubby. Hot and cold water no issues. Television and mini bar provided, both of which we didnt use. Bed was clean, and confortable. Pillows soft. Pool was very clean and surrounding garden well maintained. Staff were friendly enough. Check out was easy. Overall good location if you dont want to be right in the thick of kuta central. Basic amenities. Be mindful of the price they charge. Probably wouldnt stay again.

I never write bad reviews but right now I feel sick and need to get this off my chest. We ate at the restaurant last night. Girls on the street were handing out discount vouchers and the menu looked good so we all went in and ordered a massive spread. Everything from Indo, Chinese, western and Italian. Absolutely every single thing that came out was disgusting. It all came out within no time so they definitely aren’t cooking things fresh. We could tell straight away. The calamari was unusually stringy and kind of a mouldy grey colour and had a weird smell to it. The fish was the same, kind of grey and smelly. The dumplings were undercooked chicken and really weird. The prawn inside the prawn dumpling absolutely stank. We live in WA and know seafood well. To have that sort of smell once Cooked means it’s really bad. There wasn’t one thing that came out that we could eat. We felt sick just looking at it. We’ve actually lived in Indo before and seen it all. We don’t have really high expectations or anything like that. We’re total cruisers and we go with the flow but this was DANGEROUS FOOD and by miles the worst we’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. Do not eat this food. They will bloody kill someone serving food like that I swear.
