Nice people Nice view. However, I felt bad when the staff let the Australian couple take the shuttle first even though my family arrived first and waited. Staff said it was because of our luggage, but they and we used the same size car and it didn't make sense. Other than that, overall it was okay.
The views are breathtaking. The greenery is unmatched. The infinity pools are fantastic. The hotel staff was the most kind and accommodating ppl you can imagine. Checked in with us to ensure our comfort and organized all of our excursions. Unbelievably nice esp Tika and Edi, one of the driver. The breakfast, which is included, tasted great with different options every three days. The hotel is well kept and super clean. Rooms look like they were recently renovated esp the bathroom. All in all a must stay.
