I needed a room the day I fly into Bali to get over jetlag before my final destination and this motel was in a good location, price was right and I am able to walk for food and surf shops.
2 star hotel - 3 star pool area. No restaurant so you have to go next door to mini mart to get your own poolside drinks. Location is excellent. Very loud at night from the club - solved with earplugs. Very basic bathroom. 2 star hotel - in a great location.

I lived here in a room next to the pool for two weeks in August 2022. The pool is descent, I really enjoyed it. One side of the hotel is a bit noisy during the night, but I lived on the quiet side. The bathroom is large and clean, very convenient. The breakfast offered by the hotel is ok but the option is limited, not as good as many other hotels I lived in Indonesia. It is very convenient around the hotel. There are all kinds of bars, restaurants, convenient stores, massage shop in the neighborhood. A descent Sushi restaurant is located right next door to the hotel. The hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. I will definitely consider this hotel if I travel to Bali again. Highly recommended.
The hotel is located in 10 minutes drive from airport in Kuta, which is very helpful. The price for hotel and breakfast (our rate was without breakfast included) is quite fine, although breakfast has no much variety but quite fine for price provided. It is 7 minutes of walk from beach (the water is not so clean due to river nearby). The staff is very helpful, helped with every issue. The room is also was quite clean and ready. Definetely recommended for those who wish to visit Kuta beach.
