Horrible place. Toilets near reception padlocked. Pool area very scruffy. Wouldn't give 2 room keys WiFi didn't work Corridors dirty. Room service food left out in hallway. Worst view in Bali. Don't stay here.
Actually the room was nice, big room with bathtub, the furniture and facilities in the room was great. But, the pool was dirty i with my partner would like to use the pool at 12 noon but the pool seems dirty and the fitness equipment not working at all. The security staff was no helpful at all, even when we arrived at the hotel and very confuse to get the parking area, they never had any initiative to assist us. This hotel is nice, but need some improve
I have informed to early check-in around 8-9 AM, and the hotel said yes. I booked only for one night, and on my arrival day I got upgrade to Deluxe Suite Room because the Superior Room was still fully booked. The Deluxe Suite Room was really great. It has living room (well, actually I didn't need that), 2 TV (in Living room & bedroom). Bathroom was nice with bath up & shower separated, but sometimes smelly. Staff was helpful. Swimming Pool was also nice, but the Breakfast didn't have many variants.
The rooms are huge and have a fridge, kettle with tea and coffee and a safe. The bathroom has a bath tub and is also pretty big. The overall experience was very good since we got a pretty cheap offer. The pool area is nice to relax in the afternoon and it is always very quite there. The hotel is located in the centre of Jimbaran but quite far from the beach. With a scooter it is about 5-10 minutes to Jimbaran beach.
My room keys wouldn't work the 2nd day of my stay on business and the hotel staff couldn't arrange to get this fixed. Everytime, I had to go out, I had to ask the front desk staff for the master key, go and open my room and then come down to return the key. The most impolite, uncaring, unprofessional and insensitive staff I would've ever seen in any hotel chain - I am not coming back to stay at this hotel for sure. And would reconsider ever staying at a Holiday Inn! The weirdest thing is that they never offered me any other options to consider - a different room/move to sister property/making 1 night free
Kamar yg luas, dngn interior yg wow tentu nya... pelayanan yg ramah.. So i love it SpA therapis yg sangat ramah.. Restaurant xinlong yg makanannya nyamii bngt... And i'll come back for stay and greet holiday in bali...
I have been stayed at the grand jimbaran for 2 times though online booking. I really love this place since i was traveling with my wife and my daughter 4 y/o. The room is very comfy and big, very good room designed and very well maintenance. the only thing that should be improved is the hot water in the shower is not working during our stay. but overall was very nice good job
Exceptionally, friendly Staff, the room was large and clean. Problems with water heating up and shower heads need to be replaced. Pool was also not in use. We were a large group in Bali for a family wedding in Jimbaran. It was priced accordingly.
We stayed here for 3 nights and that was enough. The hotel doesn't really look like it does in the photos, and I would not describe it as 'boutique'. The hotel is far more dated than we expected. Staff at check-in were friendly, had a welcome drink of juice. The room, upon checking in, had a black hair in the bathroom sink and a dried out, frozen pea on the bathroom floor. The shower is absolutely terrible and completely flooded the first time I used it. These rooms have very poor lighting, especially in the bathroom. The included breakfast on the first morning was average, neither of us got the fruit platter that was on the menu and my boyfriend's entire meal came out before I got anything at all. There are ants everywhere. The last morning I asked for two poached eggs and received to boiled eggs, one of which was completely raw. The restaurant downstairs is weird, all the staff stared at us like they'd never had customers before. Food was average.
The location, though convenient and on main road, seems a bit downmarket. Hotel and rooms were overall well maintained. Rooms are a bit small, but bathrooms are spacious. Do not expect any sort of fancy view from the room. Good pool area to sit and relax. Breakfast could be better. We booked it as we just needed to spend the night. The staff seemed disconnected/confused over any questions we asked them, but they sorted out things on their own as well. It is good bargain for those on budget.
