We started in the deluxe garden veiw room. Outdoor sliding doors dont completely shut so mosquitos feast on you. The room is tidy and the veiw was gorgeous overlooking the pond with koi. We upgraded to the sea view room with 4 poster bed after 3 nights. Again the doors dont shut and mosquitos fed on us nightly. Wi-Fi doesnt work well. Best in lobby and dining areas. There were ants everywhere in the room. The veiw was great and the room was otherwise balinese style and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds are well maintained. The food is fabulous. The beach out back has a steep drop off with low and high tides and hard to surf/swim. The closest beach bars are worth checking out and wandering down further either way are nice bars/restaurants and clubs. The beach beyond the hotel area is very littered. Need transport if you're going to go further than finns beach bar or potato head the other side or if you want to go anywhere else as its away from the hubbub..

stayed for a few night in april, hotel is in great location ,beach front with wonderful pool. hotel has all the amenities and is clean and comfortable.rooms are big and spacious . but hotel is a bit tired and dated. they appear to be updating some of the villas and i have heard wonderful reviews of these but were unavailable at our time. wifi is poor around hotel and did not work in restaurants when i tried to email for work.

The hotel is really old in very bad condition and needs an urgent renovation, when we first arrived the receptionist gave us a router to put it in our room to get WiFi. many lizards all over the walls, totally different from the pictures, we were really disappointed.

Good location - a short walk down the beach gets you do several lively beach clubs. Good sized rooms which were clean. We had a balinese massage in the spa which was great pool nice and clean and good food in the restaurants. The waves in the sea were enormous so we couldn't swim there.

We have booked the room through & when we checked in hotel upgraded our rooms to Sea View. It was very memorable stay. Rooms are very specious just in front of beach. very fantastic view of sea from room balcony & window too. All amenities are up to mark. Only draw back was they donot have elevators. Lobby level restaurant is having wide spread varieties in break fast but for veg. only limited. pool is good. Garden area & other facilities are up to mark. Surely recommend for every one.

We recently stayed at this Hotel there were 3 Adults booked in on the 25th Sep left on the 1st October I must say out of all the times I have stayed in Bali we found the staff at this hotel were so friendly & willing to help you with everything the hotel is right on the beach you have grass areas near the pool to sit watch the ocean read books & most of all just relax we all know Bali people are friendly but these hotel staff went beyond been friendly even the security staff members at the main gate were willing to help organise motor bike rides all you have to do it ask the room we had was fantastic for 3 adults we had plenty of room it was room 235 6 Juan & never bumped into each other at all private toilet behind large set of glass doors the shower area is probably the biggest we have ever had I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone if its a relaxing holiday you want then stay here breakfast area is fantastic too how many other hotels in Bali where you have breakfast do you break out in a sweat not this hotel its up stairs open air coming from the ocean & a number of fans all around the food is great there are a number of the Best Restaurants just around the corner & down the road like Metits & Sardines it was only a short trip for us but will be going back for sure just want to say to the Manager Rani keep up the good work your staff are fantastic its a pleasure to stay there

The hotel itself was nice, we had garden suite room so was nice Bali style and close to the pool. Room was big and clean. Pool was nice, decent drinks. Waiters were little poorly informed of the drinks other than the standard few (beers, cocktail of the week) as if they are never ordered like when I tried to order a whiskey on the rocks. Beach is just over the path from the hotel pool/garden which is handy and nice however waves make it suited only for surfers but a pleasant beach non the less. Tasty food at the beach shack (1 on each end of the stretch of beach right outside the hotel, highly recommend trying there). The biggest drawback to the hotel is that its located at the far end of a busy road meaning any taxi rides are extremely slow, this is good if you want something tucked away from the hustle and bustle, or if you hire a moped its fine too. But it does have a bunch of restaurants along the same main road which are walkable distance or within 15 mins from the hotel.

I stayed one night, very well handled by staff. The room has a great view even some of the corners of the building are showing the sign of aged. We slept so well, even we got only two very flat pillow. Maybe adding an extra pillow inside your cupboard will be great!

I stayed here primarily because I wanted to visit Potato Head. Location is great for getting there as less than 10 minutes walk along the beach. Unfortunately the hotel is too far from Seminyak by foot but the hotel does provide a shuttle bus service every 3 hours. The room was large but tired with hard matress and old fashioned flat screen TV with very few english channels. Breakfast was average. Dinner better but not cheap.

The location is great right on the beach. However this beach is only for viewing and surfing but not for swimming. The hotels grounds are beautiful but rooms need renovation. Towels are old looking too! Breakfast was good as well as the spa. Pricewise was good
