This was my first time in Bali and I stayed here the first night. Great price. Location in Kuta was ideal. Wish I had another night but too short a time in Bali, I had to move on. Would absolutely stay here again.
Everytime i come bali with stay this hotel . Is cheap and valuable . Good location , near by beach walk shopping mall and Kuta beach . The room with balcony and garden view . I get the welcome drink , in Indonesia service is Good but don’t forget to give tips .
Have just spent two nights in a deluxe suite at Dekuta. Room was spacious (family of 5), clean and we were opposite the pool. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. This is our third stay and we will be back. Thank you
Its not a big hotel..but the room its so comvy..nice envy..nice staff..nearby to beachwalk and kuta beach..good food and a lot of restaurant instead..very recommend to anything purposes..good price..quick check in..very clean...nice..nice..nice..will coming back for sure.
We were a group of four and occupied two deluxe rooms that were side-by-side on the second floor. The twin bedroom that my friend and I stayed in were clean and spacious. It had basic amenities such as clothes hangers, fridge, towels and a safe. The double bedroom that our other friends occupied was spacious and clean as well. Both rooms had a large balcony overseeing the pool - great view and we could easily hang our bathing suits on the balcony to dry them. Do note that there is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs! The staff were kind to assist us with our luggages as we checked in. The pool was amazing and had big lounge floats! Beach towels were available at the reception and the staff at the reception who assisted us throughout our stay were attentive and friendly. The location is great - 10 minutes walk away from Sky Garden, 10-15 minutes walk away from Kuta Beach and 15-20 minutes away from Kuta Square. There are tonnes of shops around the hotel where you can easily buy your tank tops and sarong pants. The best part is, Fat Chow is located just next to this hotel - I recommend that all visitors who stay at this hotel to try the food here! The food is beyond amazing and it’s no wonder why this restaurant is always full. The only issue we had were the following: 1) There was a disruption to the water supply during our stay. There was no water coming from the tap or shower on our second day. We called reception and found out that the entire hotel was affected. It took them about 1.5 hours for them to rectify the issue - this resulted in our plans for the day being delayed. The staff were however extremely attentive and gave us several calls to update us about the situation and informed us once the water supply was back to normal. 2) The room next to ours was undergoing some renovation. The renovation works began as early as 7:30am or 8am and this affected our sleep. Plus point, there was no need for an alarm or a wake-up call. All in all, we were pleased with our stay and would recommend it to others.
We had a nice stay. 5 minutes walk to the beach.Clean rooms, always hot water. Always smiling staff. Pool was clean, could had some more sunbeds. The staff at the restaurant Nebula did not come offen to ask you at the pool if you wanted something to drink or eat. When they did and you ordered something, plats and glasses was not removed before we left the pool late in the afternoon. The wear plenty of waiters busy talking to each other! I had rated Dekuta five if the service from the waiters at Nebula had been more interested of me as a client. Staff in resepsjon the best, helpful with anything. Any troubel in the room fixed straight away. Always smiling. Same with the staff cleaning the room. "Joe" the guy selling trips in the resepsjon, good service.Would I stay at Dekuta again YES :-)
We are on our honeymoon, but this place isn’t exactly honeymoon material most people may say. We wanted to spread our budget out to travel for longer though rather than stay in super nice places. Staff are really friendly, especially the two receptionist, really can’t fault them. They are two lovely gems and really make the place so hope they are being looked after by Dekuta!! Room was always clean, nice big bed. Good location, but couldn’t stay there more than a few days because noise from local bars is very very loud and kept us awake twice till 3am. So bring ear plugs. Pool is very nice, enjoyed a few swims and lounging around. Good price, probably one of the best in central Kuta for the price.
If you want something a bit cheaper and arent fussed by all the fanciness of the 5 star places this is a great place to stay. It's walking distance to the beach, shops, market stalls, restaurants. Breakfast was included and was so delicious. Love it!
We have stayed here for 2 nite, breakfast is the most highlighted here which included in the room charge already. Location is walking distance to beach. Staffs are helpful. Only drawback is washing area from the beach is at pool(inside hotel) where we need to walk pass lobby and make a messy floor(sorry). Overall, it make Bali's trip more happier at least it compensated for rip-off that people at the beach treated us(broken surfboard and money exchange).
When it comes to location, this was perfect for me. Almost next door to the Beachwalk Mall, not even 5 minutes walk from the beach and loads of restaurants and markets to shop till you drop. The hotel itself can boast about their amazingly friendly staff, polite, helpful, professional and very eager to please. Special mentions to Mita, Yuli, Pande, Ari, Murah (Hu) and all the others whose names escape me right now, sorry. These lovely people are a credit to this hotel, they choose their staff well. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds large are comfortable. I liked their pillows a lot. However, when it comes to "value for money"...a little disappointing. I arrive at this conclusion because I have stayed in many, many hotels in Bali and around the world and I have learned how to gauge what is reasonable and what isn't based on the amenities, the general condition and what is offered against the cost of the room per night. This hotel could do well to improve little things like providing toiletries like most other hotels of this calibre do for what they charge per night, or charge less. What I paid per night did not include breakfast and for me it was over-priced by "Bali" standards. Other than that I did enjoy my stay here because of the location and the amazing staff from reception to house-keeping and the restaurant Nebula, which has the best pizza!!
