The rooms are small but for what I paid I think it was alright. The beds and the comforters are a little damp...I definitely think that should be addressed. Breakfast was very disappointing...I would avoid it altogether. Location is great..just a couple of minutes to Kuta Beach and further down to Kuta Beachwalk. If you're staying for a night or two I'd recommend this hotel.
My room was clean all the time and the staff were very polite. The hotel is steps away from kuta beach but it can get a bit noisy when people come back drunk from the clubs, (the rooms are not sound proof). I loved the fact that I can order food 24 hrs! Overall, I enjoyed staying at Best Western and will stay again.
