The room, the activities, the pool, the food, and the staff were great. The only negative comment we have is that it was a bit noisy staying on the bottom floor. We could hear the people above us moving chairs, beds, and other stuff. I will come back, but will request a room on the 3rd floor.

I am sorry to learn that you felt disturbed by the noise caused from the rooms above. We ae looking at ways in which to muffle the sound of moving chairs etc. Despite this issue, we were glad to read that you liked the room and amenities, the pool facilities and activities as well as the prompt service by the staff.
