When I check in the reception say he will get back to me for the late checkout request but no people tell me after this. So I just go in to the room and serve myself. No facilities introduced,no one remember our name.

I would stay here with kids. I found the location a bit far out of the Kuta hustle and bustle. Big slide was boring for kids aged over 8. Rooms were clean, AC was noisy, bathroom was a bit dated. Staff were nice.

Amazing Experience in Hotel , BALI . The Ambiance of the Hotel is very nice, and well mentained rooms , staff of the hotel are very nice to guests . Over all a good experience. I would love to visit again

This is a very good hotel fir family and kids. Lot of fun and activities around the pool with friendly stuff and family atmospher i dont recommend it for honey mooners. Hotel location is in a very good place with respect to facilities

the location and property are really good. but a bit note, when i order drink in pool, they said i couldnt cause i didn't store deposit. while the reception didnt ask me for deposit when check in :( overall, they have good facilities with value for money.

The resort is really wonderful. We stayed in a Family Studio. The room was really spacious. Equipped with all modern facilities. The kids pool is great... Its a small water park. Our kids really had greeeeeeat time there. We were given a room at ground floor which we asked them to change to second floor. They did that readily. Things I liked: Resort is really good. V.Quick Service. Humble and friendly staff. Pool is great. location is good. The kuta beach market is just 2 mins walk. Indian Food is available right outside the hotel in the restaurant called ' Queens of India'. Things need improvement: The beach outside the resort is a great disappointment. It is very filthy. Some other resorts almost 1 km away from Bali dynansty have very well maintained beach. Breakfast did not have much options for vegetarians Lifts are not there

We were in this hotel from 6th-10th April. The hotel is near to the airport. We reached there on time and we were welcomed nicely by the front office staff. Welcome drink was also nice. We upgraded over rooms from superior to deluxe room as we wanted to stay on ground floor. We asked for the adjacent rooms but which was denied for reason best known to them. Till this time everything was fine. But that the horrible journey of worst service, racism, and many more night mare started. My review is more for Indians/ and other brown people rather than for Australians. We were I think only Indian people in the hotel. We sat on the bar, which is near the pool where we asked for drinks to the bar person. He asked us over room numbers, than verified it by calling to the reception, gave us beer and before we sip beer he presented us the bill of it. We said, we gonna order more, he was like, first clear this than another beer. ( we had to pay cash upfront Bcos we didn’t paid any deposits) I told him that my money is in the room, he came with me in the room, took money and gave us another round once we agreed to pay first. We realised that this behaviour was only for us. Not with any other guest ( whites). Same thing happened in other restaurant, bars and rooms service. Even while giving towels at the pool, they discriminate Indians from other whites. It was nightmares for all of us. At one incident, at night, we ordered pizza, we offered tip to the waiter of 50000 idr, which he refused and said it’s too less. We were shocked. My msg to all browns, choose any hotel in bali, but don’t go for this hotel.

We stayed here as a family of 4 (young children) for 10 nights. We were so well looked after, the staff are just amazing. There is so much to do at the resort, and the Kids Club is absolutely fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble and the staff knew our kids well by the first day. The pools here are great, the food in all of the onsite restaurants is fantastic, and the friendliness of the staff is second-to-none. The onsite H2O restaurant offers buffet breakfast every day, with a large selection of food. They also have themed dinner nights, the Balinese night is a definite must-do! The food was amazing, the Balinese dancers were really interesting, and the staff at this restaurant went above and beyond. It made dining (especially with kids) so relaxed and enjoyable. The room itself was lovely, we had a family room with bunks for the kids. The air-con worked great, and the room was plenty big enough for us. The room was cleaned daily, and the facilities were great. The hotel itself is large, but very safe. The staff learned our kids very quickly, and would always say hello. They knew exactly where our kids were if we lost sight of them for a moment. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this place for a family holiday, the Kids Club and facilities for families cannot be beaten.

We’re just at the end of 5 nights at the Bali Dynasty. We spent 5 night in Ubud to experience real Bali and then moved to Kuta for some downtime with the kids - we have three aged 8, 6 and 3. You can see why people love it here. The resort has a home from home feel. The staff are wonderful - friendly, engaging, with a ‘nothing’s too much trouble’ attitude and are simply great with kids. We stayed in a kids suite which is perfect with children - the kids end has a bunk and trundle bed with kiddie styling and the adult end a super comfy super king. The two halves can be separated with a solid dividing door with windows (if you want to keep an eye) and blinds (if you want some privacy). There is a TV/DVD at both ends. Although we are in a corridor of kids suites there has been hardly any ambient noise. Housekeeping is excellent. Breakfast is a vast buffet which has caused excitement for our kids every day - there has been variation in some dishes. We’ve eaten in once for dinner at the H2O restaurant by the pool - they have a changing nightly themed buffet - very good selection. Having sought out restaurants for the first few nights, on reflection we wished we’d eaten in more - compared to Ubud the Kuta restaurants have been disappointing - and at resort buffet one child eats free for every adult. Aside of the buffet dinner there are a number of other dining options and an Irish bar, in which I’ve enjoyed a few pints of Kilkenny (Aus$13 a pint so expensive compared to the local beer but being one of my favourites I couldn’t help myself!). Our kids used the kids club once and had a good day (kids aged 4+ free) - we paid for a babysitter to accompany our 3 year old - it was one of their own staff on a day off who was lovely. The kids have loved the pool complex and water slides. We’ve never had difficulties finding sun beds. The kids pool tiling desperately needs attention though - there are a fair number of missing or broken tiles. They have found a temporary solution to this by putting webbing over the top in places but not everywhere which has resulted in our kids having had a few injuries - please get it sorted as it lets the resort down. Although the resort isn’t directly on the beach it’s a 2 minute walk down a short path to Kuta main beach. Two of our children had a haircut at the onsite hairdressers - a good cut for Aus$11. I did a spa treatment which was of good quality. It’s been a great stay and although we’re not usually resort people we’ll be sad to leave. The key question I always think as you pen a review is would you come back. There is no doubt that we will do. Although there isn’t much in our view to Kuta and it certainly doesn’t reflect the true Bali, for some child focused relaxation at either end of a holiday seeing the real Bali, the resort is perfect.

overall is good, except the gym is under renovation, so no chance in using the facility. But the swim pools are great, beach staff are very nice and helpful. Resort is not very new, but it's not bad, clean and tidy.Breakfast is excellent, some new elements (food) everyday.
