We stayed here as a group of 9. Looks great from first look but as soon as my brother got in the pool he cut his toe. The bathroom in one of the rooms didn't work for the whole stay even though it was reported many times. The cleaners were not good. Don't arrange any trips through the villa staff as they charge twice the price. The location has many shops close but it not close to the main streets in kuta and with all the traffic can take up to an hour to get there. There was a cat having kittens in the kitchen, she was obviously vicious and staff done nothing to help get her out. Lots of bugs in the apartment. The best part was the friendly young man who worked on the gate, he had little English but couldn't do enough for you.

We were a group of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids) and we stayed in 7C in May 2017. The staff were amazing and so accommodating to our every need. The location was so handy to everything we needed for our stay in Bali, a short walk to Bintang supermarket and a great shopping stroll to Legian and Double Six beach. We also loved being close to Carla Spa and a coffee shop. The accommodation itself was clean, neat, presentable and comfortable. There were some minor maintenance issues (for eg a/c stopped working in main bedroom and a door handle was loose on one of the doors) but as soon as any issues were reported they were fixed within hours. We felt safe and completely looked after. Can't wait to return for our next holiday!

8 of us stayed in Antara Villas in April 2017 and we all agree that the place is very run down and dirty. No amount of suggestions to the cleaning staff bought and results. The toilets in all the four bedrooms leaked and bedroom doors didnt open easily. The bathrooms were never cleaned properly, power points came out of the walls, the lid on the kettle kept falling off and taps in bathroom basins were wobbly. The grass was not cut for our arrival nor was it cut for the two weeks we were there. The pool surrounds were littered with cigerette stubbs and empty beer bottles that the staff never picked up.Could not recommend these Villas to anyone.

8 of us stayed for 9 days in the 4 bedroom villa (7C) and if it wasn't for the fact that we had prepaid our accomodation, we would have moved elsewhere. The lawn and bushes around the pool area were overgrown. Cigarette butts and beer bottles around the pool. Doors not closing properly. Cracked drinking glasses and wine glasses. Bathroom floors, basins and showers definetly not clean...this did not improve despite talking to the staff. Leaks around base of toilet. The list goes on. SO BEWARE.

I have been to Bali 7 times and had a great experience mainly because I stayed in good reliable and comfortable villas. This is the worst villa I've ever stayed, Why? 1) My 72-year-old dad slipped and fell in the shower because the flooring was bad and slippery 2) I fell in the living area and whacked both my knees because the whole villa was slippery. 3) I was in the shower with shampoo all over my head and suddenly there was no water! I had to take tissue to wipe off the soap off my eye and come out to find out the entire villa there was no water. Had to wait till there was water! 4) The electricity will go off whenever one of us wanted to hair dry our hair! 5) The place is not well kept and in dire need of refurbishing. My bathroom door had no locks, The living room sliding doors look like they were about to fall apart anytime. We had to book another villa elsewhere for my parents for safety reasons and we had to keep our eyes on the kids at all times afraid they will fall or part of the furniture in the place will fall apart and injure them. My intention of this post is to forewarn people that this place has major safety issues and to avoid any untoward incidents on anyone. When we informed the manager of our mishaps, he felt bad and apologized I don't blame him as he doesn't own the villa!

Located in seminyak this villa literally one of the best place to stay with family for a lot of activities and travel around Bali. The villa could use some rejuvenated on some amenities but all the facilities are well worked, we welcome by some staff but upon our arrival due to eid mubarrack holiday they were short of staff to clean the villa. Our family enjoy staying in the villa around area a quite and calm just next to the area there are a lot of restaurant and place to eat and enjoy in seminyak.

We stayed at Anatara villa's for 6 night's with 4 adults & 2 children in the 4 bedrooom deluxe & it was really nice. Great to have the 2 pools so we could have the kids sleep thru the day on 1 side & we could still make noise on the other side. There were a few thing's that didnt work. The phone & the gas cooktop (due to empty gas bottle which they changed for us) nothing major. The showers are on a timer so dont expect long showers but in all we enjoyed our stay. Its a bit of a hike to the beach & shops. But would recommend the villa.

We stayed in this villa from 4 -7 June 2016. Our first reaction on seeing the villa "wow"! But when we started to walk around and unpacked our things, we realised the fridge had warm air. When we return in the night, the same fridge was still warm. Some glass sliding doors locks are spoilt, kitchen cupboard door dangling dangerously at the hinge above us .Wooden doors leading to the outside of villa had no latch,so at night we cannot lock up the villa. One of the aircons had a loud creaking sound. We told the staff and he said it will be fixed the next day. On our last day the loud creaking sound was still there. Toilet bowl was shaky, walls had many brownish streaks. If things are rectified, we would love to come back again.

We had a great stay at Antara. I stayed there with my 1 year old, husband, two sisters and dad. We had the benefits of having private rooms and ensuites however were all in the same complex unlike being at a resort and having rooms nowhere near each other. Private pool was great, the staff even got temporary fencing put in which put my mind at ease with a toddler and open pool area. Staff were brilliant. 10-15min walk to bintang shopping centre and cafes/eateries. $2-3 AUD cab ride to the beach.

Private and secluded village. Fantastic location making it easy from the airport. All staffs very friendly. 24 hour secure with kitchen and good appliance as well. Some areas are in need of renovation.
