My Husband and I recently stayed at these amazing Vilas taking up a scoopon deal. I seriously can NOT rate this hotel higher. From the minute we arrived we were welcomed as part of the family. Bleary eyed at 1am in the morning we were shown our vila with detail that we could hardly take in. In our package, we were also given 2 amazing 3 course meals which were sublime. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the local treats were amazing. The staff at the restaurant were fantastic. The Spa treatment massage was the best I have had, the ladies were attentive to my husband's needs as well as my own and were professional with amazing tea and a young coconut prior to the treatment: absolute relaxation! If you are looking for an all-inclusive resort experience, look no further. Only downsides: Was noisy at night as the road ran behind the vila, and also there was some nightly singing/chanting at around 9pm. Also, distance. It is 30mins from Kuta, which can be a trouble if you want to do some affordable shopping. Wifi was a bit patchy in spots too. Nothing was too hard for the staff. A special shout out to Oka the driver, Gede who delivered ice and had a great yarn with my hubby, Yuila at reception and Gun and Edy in the restaurant. Also, I didn't catch her name but the lovely staff member who was on reception the evening of the 16th March when I thought we lost our passports: THANK YOU for keeping calm! All the staff were awesome and we LOVED our stay. Thank you for making our 10th Anniversary unforgettable!
We stayed here for 6 nights for our wedding anniversary. We were extremely happy with every aspect of our stay. The Villas are stunning and beautifully set out with your own private pool, which was greatly utilised in the humid weather. The villa was a short walk to the restaurant, which we dinned in for quite a few of our meals. I would highly recommend getting breakfast included. The service and food were excellent. The beach is about a 5 minute walk away which we only went to a few times as it wasn't the main attraction for us. I would highly recommend the Amarterra our stay was faultless and the staff were excellent.
The perfect and beautiful place for a holiday in the south of the island of Bali - Nusa Dua. We stayed at the Villa "Vanda 1" for 7 days in February 2017, it was a great Villa with a beautiful own area and private pool. 5 minutes from the villa is the hotel's beach, where you can use the sun beds, towels and assistance of the hotel staff. Even a small distance can be overcome in the hotel's car, which is always there at your disposal. The villas are equipped with everything you need and give you the feeling of a romantic quiet corner in one of the best places on the planet - Bali. In 5-10 minutes away from the villa there is a shopping center of Bali collection, where you can buy everything you need - medicine, clothes. All that may come in handy for the rest. You can also have a dinner there, but I recommend dining in the hotel restaurant, where the food is fantastic. We should also mention the staff of Amarterra - this is a great team of professionals, who are always ready to help you with any questions. You will get all the help to organise your life in Amarterra, and all you need if you want to get some activity outside the hotel - a trip around the island, rafting, sea sports. Just contact the staff and you will always receive all necessary assistance. From myself I wish to thank separately Indra Semara, who helped us with the organization of high-quality transfer to travel the island and white water rafting, as well as issues related to the stay in the hotel. If we return to Bali, we will definitely consider Amarterra as a place to stay.
The Last stop on our Honeymoon, and it could not have been better. Amarterra part of the M Gallery (Memorable Hotels) of Accor and rightly so. The hotel is beautiful, right from the moment you arrive at the hotel, the staff is warm and friendly. They make sure to assist you in every possible way. The ladies at the desk were just heart warming (apologies for forgetting your names) Being a hotelier myself, yes i am fussy about the food i eat and this hotel exceeded my expectations in every possible way. The Juices served are as fresh as they get. The choices and variety for breakfast is outstanding. Must try is an evening at the restaurant by the pool side. Their Cocktails are delicious and carry a lot of local flavours. The beach is about a 5 minute walk from the back exit and they also have their dedicated seating on the right the moment you are on the beach right in front of this Shack. A must try at the Shack is their Cocktail called Arack Attack.
Excellent service and the most exquisite fresh breakfast ever had in a 5 star hotel! From checking in until checking out, they shall go out of their way to meet you needs and requests. Special thanks goes out to Gidea, Yulan, Gun and breakfast team, and also the cleaning staff who kept our room in an always immaculate condition. Another special thanks goes to Dewa, parwata and Wahya for their honesty and handing in money that I had left behind in my villa.
Where do I start? Amazing is the first word that springs to mind when I think of Amarterra. This is our second visit after discovering Amarterra last year and we were welcomed back as a member of the Family. From the minute we arrived nothing was too much trouble for any staff member who all went out of their way to ensure our holiday was a memorable one. Great leadership is evident in this well run Luxury Resort. Every task is carried out beautifully in a low key fashion adding to the relaxing and luxurious feeling that the resort encapsulates. From the beautifully appointed private villa's with your own private swimming pool, to the spa with wonderful treatments on offer to the restaurant and room service Amarterra is the ideal place for a luxurious break. We will certainly be back!
Here my 3rd visit and celebrate our special day : my little K 4th birthday! Huuffff, how can i forget this place? it is impossible, i even make a wish someday i should buy this villa and spend time here. My daugther even remember miss Yulia very much, mr Gede, Ms Indah from the front lobby up to the restaurat team : charm and helpful miss Komang, playful team from mr Adi, Edy and up to the chef team : Dwi and Dewo (hope i am not wrong mentioned the name) and all the team that i forgot the name. They surprise us with their special dinner cuisine and surprisingly served by their assistant chef. We said all the chef team really great!!!! my only advise is: please do renovate and fix some furniture since we 3rd time here and see that most of it must be improve. especially in room sofa.
Achingly gorgeous villas and hotel grounds. Very conveniently located, just a short walk to Bali Collection if you need a feed, massage or want do so some minor shopping (much better food and shopping elsewhere but that's another matter). We didn't get a chance to go to the beach even though we stayed 5 nights because it rained out about 2 days. We had a 9month old baby so were happy to spend our spare hours lazing in our own private pool and villa area. The glass walls and doors of the loo and outdoor shower is a little disconcerting considering the exterior wall isn't all that high, but once we got over that, it was a wonderful tropical paradise. Breakfast was sufficient without being great. There was the option of having it delivered to your own villa which we did a couple of mornings. Our private outdoor area wasn't of much use, especially at night, as we were worried about the mosquitoes. The only thing stopping me giving a 5 star rating is the place needs a small bit of maintenance. For example, almost all taps in our villa (bath, vanity, shower head) and loo button were loose. It wasn't so nice trying to flush the toilet after our mild Bali belly symptoms, if you know what I mean.... Staff are wonderful and attentive, like all Bali people. Would recommend this place. Did I mention how beautiful it was?
Located in Nua Dusa, just a few steps away from Bali Collection, a nice shopping Mall, Amarterra Villas MGallery is offering beautiful villas allowing us to relax and enjoy nice moments. We were for 6 nights at Lily 2, which we enjoyed so much. A short walk leads to one of the most beautiful sand beaches Bali offers to those enjoying swimming and surfing. A reserved space for Amarterra guests, offering comfortable sun chairs and a beautiful immense tree spending shadow. But most important for us: the staff is really and except less more than friendly and attentive. To be served for breakfast by Gun, one of the best waighter we ever met, makes become every day unforgettable and full of sunshine. We will for sure return to this amazing place.
Me and my partner have just completed our 6 night stay at the Amarterra Villas at Nusa Dua and it was a beautiful and irreplaceable experience. From the beautiful staff members to the perfectly landscaped gardens and the amazing pools, spa and amazing food we truly did have the best holiday. Having been our first time to Bali and my first time overseas, the hotel staff were more than happy to recommend places for us to visit and organise various activities for us. We have left feeling completely overwhelmed by the generosity and amazing personalities of the Indonesian natives and feel humbled by the overall experience. Not to mention also the location of the hotel in regards to the beautiful Nusa Dua beach and other nearby attractions eg. Bali Collection. We are very much looking forward to our next stay at Amarterra Villas at Nusa Dua and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and amazing holiday.
