Stayed here for 11 nights in a superior deluxe ground floor room , which we upgrade too on arrival . We arrived at midnight but the staff couldn’t have been any more helpful . Our room was large with a huge bed, bright , modern and clean with a lovely little terrace onto the pool. Breakfast was amazing, lots of local food as well as the usual breakfast items , could easily have sat for a few hours eating and drinking lovely coffee . Fresh pool towels always available. Pool bar and room service drink prices just the same as outside . We also booked a day trip for 4 of us with the hotel . Lovely driver and clean & comfortable mini van and again the same price as if you booked on the street . Would definitely stay here again if in Bali.
We stayed at Amadea Resort for 4 nights at the end of November. We originally planned 3 nights but due to having to change our trip because of the volcano we extended to 4 nights. This hotel has some of the kindest and most courteous people we have ever encountered and we are lucky enough to have travelled a fair bit. Check in was smooth and efficient as well as informative. The room was clean and we were given an upgrade as there was availability which was very well received. The beds are huge and the shower is lovely and open with piping hot water. There are little touches like dressing gowns and face cloths which make a real difference too. The air con is really good. We used the pool which was lovely and refreshing after a tiring (albeit short!) stroll down Eat Street which is just outside. The breakfast is great too - fresh pastries and made to order banana pancakes were the highlight for us. We are sad to be leaving such a lovely place with warm and friendly staff looking after us. We would highly recommend this place. Thank you for looking after us.
We have just returned from an 8day holiday at this resort. The staff were fantastic and nothing was a problem to them . Very relaxing . Nice restaurants and bars nearby. No problems getting a bed by the pool. Great bar service by the pool and the food was good. We had a few treatments in the spa it is well worth a visit. U can get treatments outside in the street but they are not as good or professional as the resort spa for a bit extra cash. We will definitely return to this resort.
We arrived by driver from the airport who we found online call Nyoman, what a gent, would definitely recommend for getting about the island - trip advisor Bali as you please Having just left the amadea we had a lovely time, it is situated right off eat street which is the main strip for restaurants (not so much nightlife) rooms are very clean but a little basic, and there is currently a bit of building work going on opposite but other than that the hotel is lovely and very stylish and the pool is beautiful, really relaxed and the staff cannot do enough for you! Would return if looking a central location in Seminyak, thank you to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable. The massages are fantastic too!!
We stayed here for 4 nights in November. It was a great location, close to lots of good restaurants. We were extremely impressed with the service, all the staff knew who you were, and made our stay very personable. Would highly recommend to stay here.
We want to be in the middle of everything yet we want peace & quiet; that's what we got staying at Amadea. The site is perfectly situated practically in the middle of Laksmana and everything is near to the right and left of it. The resort compound has access to the street but is situated well inside the block and the short buggy ride gives a subconscious transition from the busy-ness of Seminyak to the resort atmosphere of Amadea. We prepaid two nights here for superior but there were none when we arrived, so they upgraded us to de luxe. We also inquired about a third night and were extended the same (superior, internet) rate without transferring from our de luxe room.
Spent the last 2 nights of our 12 day holiday in Bali on a recommendation from a friend's son and we were not disappointed. Rooms were lovely, breakfast was scrumptious, staff very attentive (especially loved the golf carts that drove you the 200 metres from the rooms to the main entrance). Highly recommend staying here.
Checked into Amadea's luxurious 2 bedroom pool villa (2 couples) and fell in love with it. The accommodation was simply sensational, unbelievably spacious, well fitted out and the pool was not a plunge pool, it was about 15-20m long and a safe 1.3m deep all the way through. We were greeted with amazing freindliness and efficiency. All the staff located at the resort were great...always smiling and happy to chat about our day. When cleaning, they come in a team of 4 or 5.....no having to wait an hour to have the room clean, it was done in a flash and to a very high standard. Whilst there, it was my birthday and during the afternoon I received a call asking if I had ordered room service which I hadn't. I was then asked if it was ok for one of the staff to come to the villa and sort out the alledged order. A knock at the door and on opening i had four of the staff singing happy birthday to me whilst delivering a beautiful personalised cake....none of my friends had set this up....AMAZING surprise. We will be heading back in January 2018 and staying at the fabulaous Amadea Resort & Villas
Booked this hotel a few months ago for 3 days on the 'book now, pay later' deal. Had to cancel a few days later, so emailed them to cancel booking (giving 2 months notice). They responded and asked for the reason which I didn't provide because it was personal and I didn't feel like i had to tell them. Never heard any more (2 months) until the whole amount appeared on my credit card statement. I contacted them and they said I was a 'no-show' so they charged me. Luckily I still had the original email to cancel but they still said that because I didn't give them a reason then they kept it open on their system. After lots of emails between us, they finally agreed to pay the amount back. This is a warning to others who have to cancel bookings.
We spent 3 nights here last week (not long enough) after a recommendation from my son.A special place set well back from the main road, Golf buggy to transfer you up & back from main entrance. Rooms spacious, clean & lovely air con. 2 separate pool areas, had a wonderful massage, great choice of breakfast (buffet). great staff who went out of their way to accommodate your needs. Only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We will be back
