I stayed at All Seasons for 5 nights and my feelings are mixed. First for the positives, the staff were fantastic and always helpful and the room was a good size. I stayed in Superior Pool View which could easily sleep couple plus 1 child. Room was clean but bathroom small and I had issues with aircon. Except for aircon I would be happy to stay in this room again. The delux rooms are ground floor and bedroom area smaller than superior but bathroom is huge with bath tub and outdoor rain shower. The restaurant serves good food which is reasonably priced and all prices at hotel include tax and service charge. Restaurant closes 11pm and last order for room service is midnight. Smoking area of restaurant has ceiling fans but non smoking does not have fans or aircon so if humid can be uncomfortable. Day spa was lovely, more expensive than ones on the street but you would expect this. Still reasonable though. I had 2.5 hrs of treatments and cost equivalent of $35. Now for why I may not stay at hotel again. I enjoy a night swim after dinner but pool closes 8pm which is early compared to the many hotels I have stayed in before. Most close 9-10pm. A few other guests also mentioned they were disappointed with early closing of pool. The pool bar closes 6pm and at first I was disappointed but unfortunately there were a couple of groups of younger ones who drank to excess and became loud so it was probably a blessing. I noticed a couple of parents of young kids ask them to tone it down. Also they were allowed to keep on taking glass stubbies into the pool along with smoking in the pool. This was reported but seemed to continue making it uncomfortable for those with children. Now it maybe this was a one off but I thought this should have been addressed by staff.
this is about the 5th time we have stayed here, we love the location it is close to the beach and really close to the main area of Legian. I love being down the road from Bella Vista Café (great coffee and brekkie). we booked 2 rooms interconnecting and then another room on the pool, but on arrival we didn't really like the pool room so I asked if I could move to a deluxe room upstairs, I was happy to downgrade but they upgraded us to the family room which was bigger and also had a dvd player. the only reason we didn't stay in the pool room was there is an outdoor shower at the back of the room, we thought that maybe there could be mozzies, but another couple said they had a pool room and no mozzies at all.
My second home, this was my 12th stay at the All Seasons and I was welcomed with love, the staff are always friendly and helpful they treat me like family. The manager always makes an effort to say hello every morning. Great location, clean rooms and a beautiful pool.
Stayed for 2 nights Hotel location is great with everything in walking distance. There are many restaurants and bars, the beach and shops all within 5 minutes walk. Room was large and clean. Stayed in 221 overlooking the children’s pool which seemed to be more private than the rooms at the front. Staff were friendly and helpful although there only ever seemed to be one person at a time at reception. It meant sometimes there was a wait to speak to them. For such a large hotel they should have more staff. Room price was excellent value overall. Didn’t include breakfast as we ate out each day. Would definitely stay here again.
Good for the price. Nice air conditioning and comfortable bed. Small bathroom which could do with a refurb. Balcony overlooking the pool. Pool was clean and refreshing. Buffet breakfast was ok. Handy location.
All Seasons is a great place to stay in Legian and is the hotel we choose to stay in when we visit Bali. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. We had a problem with the airconditioning on our first night but once the staff were notified we were promptly moved to a very cool room. Restaurants and shopping are close by and the beach about a 10 minute walk. The pool is very cool but refreshing after a day wandering the streets The wonderful staff at the All Seasons always greet us with warm friendly smiles and make our stay even better. Thank you to all of them.
Got locked out of our room and then had to pay to get our gear out of the room which we hadn't packed. We had paid for drinks, massages etc yet still charge us extra to spend more time in our room. Very disappointing!
My sister and myself stayed in separate rooms here. I like the top floor due to noise from guests above. The rooms are dated, however they are functional and comfortable. Staff are all hospitable, helpful and friendly. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. The pool is clean and large however there are never enough pool beds for above 50% occupancy. Room service menu is good value and was top quality at around AUD7 for a club sandwich with chips. Water is provided in tiny glass bottles which was fine but not enough for a days consumption. A water refill station would be a good idea. So guests don't have to go out and buy plastic bottles. Many budget hotels have water refill stations and I would love to see All Seasons implement this for its valued guests. WiFi needs boosting as it's impossible to Skype successfully from level 3. The Manager is a charming gentleman, Kahar, who sat with us for breakfast one morning. He adds a level of calm and it is obvious that staff are very well trained and efficient. Overall, when rooms are available for around AUD45 a night, this hotel delivers excellent value. It has all one needs for a great Bali holiday without paying ridiculous, inflated prices in a country where labour and building costs are low, compared to western destinations. My niece stayed at a beach side hotel which cost close to $200 a night. I'm so glad I didn't stay there. I was tempted, due to reviews and it's reputation however after visiting her, I felt the All Seasons delivered more than expected for value, room amenity and staff attitudes. Thank you Kahar and staff for another good 6 night stay.
Stayed for 3 nights and could not fault. Great spot to walk everywhere. Room is a good size, great balcony and nice big clean shower. The pool area is good and the staff amazing. Everyone was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Comfy bed. Nice food. Good strong cocktails.
We just spent a week with our family at All Seasons. Staff, rooms and pools were all fantastic, the girls loved the Disney channel before bed. The kids pool was great and breakfast was good with egg station, pastries, fruit, pancakes and Indonesian foods. The only downfall is people openly smoking right over the kids pool, it’s common courtesy to not smoke on top of others but especially not children and especially when they’re not your own children, because of these people it would be nice if the kids pool was advertised as a no smoking area as well as the rooms just coming off the kids pool area. Apart from that I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again at the All Seasons
