We have stayed at the All Seasons four times previously and have taken large groups (10+ rooms) twice but this time we were very disappointed overall. We got to the hotel an hour or so early, so went to the bar to have our welcome drink while waiting for our room to be ready and expected the staff, who knew we were there to inform us when the room was ready, but No.... They changed the breakfast from buffet to a la carte and in 7 days not once did they get our orders right and we had to wait between 1/2 hr and an hour to get our breakfast...this is not working. Instead of giving loyal customers one of the better superior rooms, we got an old tired one with the worst balcony in the hotel. Also kept having to ask for a new roll of toilet paper as they seemed to keep forgetting. We have Always enjoyed the pool bar cocktails here but this time they were almost undrinkable, not sure what is going on there... And to top it off we asked for an extended checkout of 3 hours and they wanted to charge 50% of the daily rack rate, even though the hotel was not full. Won't be choosing the All Seasons again in a hurry, which is a shame as it was a great hotel in a fabulous location.
I recently stayed at this hotel and couldn’t fault anything. Staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms the cleanest I have seen. Nice location, close to lots of things. Will stay here when in Bali from now on. Great for families too
The Hotel location near the beach and shopping area, but Legian is busy area. The staff was great, friendly, humble, and helpful, love it. The room size just OK, I can sleep well and feel relax, they have comfortable pillow. The bathroom area quite small but acceptable. Limited A la Carte Breakfast Menu, understandable during "low seasons. The Nasi Goreng made with love and good taste :) The hotel quite old but still fashionable, but you need more effort to make the interior, furniture, and exterior hotel more fresh and energetic. No elevator here... so please ask the receptionist for the room with easy access from the lobby.
We had such a lovely stay at this hotel. The restaurant staff were very friendly and responsive. The bed was super soft and comfortable (I had never slept in such a comfortable mattress before!). Good location: Plenty of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets, all within walking distance. Only complaint is that only 2 devices could connect to the WiFi at once. We had 3 devices with us (laptop, iPad and phone), so it was annoying to switch between these devices when we needed to connect to the WiFi.
Nice hospitality from the staff but I'm expecting more smile. Pool is good condition. Room is big and clean. Breakfast is pre order, not all you can eat. Lighting on corridor is too dark. I wish they can add some more light.
My daughter and I stayed here for 7 nights as part of a three week trip to 9 Bali. We stayed during the quiet time due to less tourists from Mt Agung. Firstly the room was spacious with an extra table and day bed. There wasn't really any room to store luggage away. The twin beds were extremely comfortable and definitely a nice change from our previous accommodation. The outdoor shower and deep bath were also a bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. There were plenty of day beds but with more tourists arrivng then I know this will change unfortunately. We were placed on the ground floor overlooking the pool which was pleasant except for the noise which came from the room above when they were dragging furniture around. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast as when the buffet was on it wasn't topped up and the food didn't look very appetising. Instead of paying extra to have breakfast I would suggest save the money and go to one of the cafes down the road instead for the same price and better quality. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It would be nice to not be asked everytime we walked through the reception if we wanted a massage especially since the prices were h8gh compared to all the salons around the hotel.
Always so good to get back to All Seasons and see so many familiar faces....and all smiling and willing to make my stay the best ever! I love walking in and seeing the pool, lined either side by frangipani trees...and of course the pool bar!
I could not fault this hotel. We had a lovely relaxing stay here. The staff are great, so friendly, helpful and really make your stay seamless. I loved the pool. It’s 1.2 m in depth and is refreshing and clean. We never encountered a problem getting a lounge chair. Had a couple of massages at the hotel spa which were great and one day they had a special on the price. Breakfast was good, enough choice for us. You can order eggs and bacon and then the rest is on display. We had a 2nd story room with pool views, room 214. This hotel isn’t big so I think any of the rooms would be fine. We were furtherest away from the entry but it wasn’t a problem. Would absolutely stay here again, we’ve found a Legian favorite. Also, it was my husband birthday while we were here and at breakfast he was presented with a delicious chocolate cake and the staff singing him happy birthday. It was fantastic.
Great accomodation, perfect location.. not far from the beach and lovely restaurants. Rooms where immaculate and well done with toiletries, clean and tidy and well cleaned daily! Staff where amazingly lovely, honest and trustworthy! Very happy to help and accomodate us. Also let us borrow an international charger at no cost! Where very happy to help and move our room when some disgusting families came through with young kids that knocked on doors at 11pm shouted yelled and threw things off balconies at watch other and where down right in behaved! 10/10 would recommend and would be happy to stay again!!
The hotel is situated in Jl Padma Utara just down from the Y Bar. Rooms are quite small but very well looked after and clean. Breakfast is just passable but limited for a hotel buffet. Pool is in the middle of the hotel, if it were a busy time you would never get near the pool deck or seating which is very limited. The staff are attentive and the tour desk is terrific. Deluxe rooms on the ground floor have an outdoor shower area and a patio near the pool deck. Very cheap option to stay at this hotel, so it is rated 4 stars for that reason.
