The showers are bad and they are hard to turn on and off and impossible to stop from leaking. We stay there several times a year and all the showers are the same.Even the toilet is hard to flush. The Hotel overall is nice.

Overall lower quality than expected. The room was old and smelly and they tried to charge me $25 to check in a little earlier than 3p. When I arrived there was nobody at the counter and I had to wait 10 minutes before being told about the "early check in" fee.

The room was pretty large, the bed was comfortable enough, not a lot of noise heard from other patrons, and very close to the freeway.

Gave me a room with a leaking faucet and then charged me an extra $40 after my stay for no reason

Not a bad hotel. Excellent pool and garden area. Carpets definitely need to be changed. I would just do tile floors to give it a better look. Rooms are decent size, comfortable beds and the biggest TV I have ever seen in a hotel room! I would definitely stay again.

got in late the first night but friendly staff took good care of us. Had a dog with us. No problem enjoyed the complementary breakfast on last day there.

My room was clean and comfortable. The only fault was the dark-looking carpet (to hide stains I guess). What really makes this hotel stand out is the breakfast included in the price. It is a full sit-down breakfast in the adjoining restaurant. You get six choices. I had the eggs, sausage, and hash browns, coffee. The ticket says "eat in only" but in fact, one of the choices was a take out breakfast, something like a McMuffin with egg and meat. One of the reception clerks told me that they were recently bought by Red Lion and they hope the breakfasts will continue.

Price was fair and although room had obvious water damage it did not detract from stay

We checked in later in the evening, it looked gorgeous when we arrived. The room looked normal until I opened the drawers and saw a cockroach, I called the desk asked for a bug spray, thet didnt have any, they offered to change the room. I said we will if I see any more: my family was tired and luggage bags opened. I kept clothes on the floor, didnt trust the closet. After the shower found another one on the floor under the towel. I wanted to move but my family was already sleeping, so for my peace of mind I opened a different drawer at there were three cockroaches running. If it wasn't for my infant sleeping I would scream and run away from this hotel. I was so fooled by the good reviews. I didn't get any sleep, I was on guard for my baby making sure that nothing crawls on her. I turned on all lights in the room, because I think light is the only thing that keeps them away. Now i regret that we stayed there at all, I wouldn't go there anymore if it was free. And they should give me money back for a stressful ninght. And the toilet seat, please fix it! You should make sure before you check someone in.
