Well the policy at checkin was to collect a $50 cash security deposit. I offered a credit card instead. The night manager very graciously waived the deposit. This is a strange policy.
I have notified I will check in 7 AM next morning when I order , but when I got there, my confirmation was cancelled and my money can not be refunded.
Borderline unethical for this motel not to be forthcoming out the dangers of this location. Significant misrepresentations on site and failed to correct erroneous reservation.
If hot showers are a priority don't stay here. Probably helps with the drought since you're not going to spend too much time in a tepid shower. Otherwise this is an above-average Motel 6. High marks for cleanliness.
