Needs more maintenance of the rooms but overall the crew are excellent , albayanos ( locals) are above and beyond hospitable and accommodating .., but seriously management has to be more aggressive maintaining the condition of the rooms and amenities since it a tropical country don't wait til paint and woods or wood furniture and sidings start chipping off .

It was nice ,renovations ongoing and it was very noisy.Beach is ok .During the check out they are asking me to pay for the food that i already paid ,I have to look for my receipt as proof that I already paid ,they charged the room and did not follow up With the restaurant .Disorganized.Make sure when you book for the hotel to indicate how many guest will be occupying the room or else they will charge you extra even though the room can occupy 3 persons max when you book.Pillow covers are old and faded.Buffett dont have much to choose from and expensive for only few choices.
As a hotel we had a good stay, as the room was big , a dining area. Big open . But the food is expensive but the taste is not good for the price . And there no choice as most the choices is not available.
