Good location and clean place
First of all, I would like to say that it quite nice, clean, convenient and comfortable hotel. So here is our experience, we (3 couples ) booked a family room in which was stated that it fits for 6 persons. In the meantime, my boyfriend called the property to ask whether we have privacy in our rooms, where he has been told that we have enough privacy. When we checked in we were welcomed by a very nice and helpful receptionist (forgot her name). The room we got, had only 2 private rooms with double beds and 1 bathroom, including 1 extra single bed (which seemed uncomfortable) in each room. When we went to complain about this problem the receptionist tried her best to help us, however, she told us to stay for 1 night until we find another hotel or else wait until the morning to sort out the problem with the manager and see what could be done. In the morning we met with the manager where she offered us with another room for an extra 350e for the remaining nights. However, we did not agree and wanted to move to another available hotel. The thing that really DISAPPOINTED US was when the manager wanted to charge us for an extra night when we were told that we have to pay only for 1 night if we are moving out by the next morning. Of course, we said that it is not fair for us and she went back to her office without saying nothing. We were given our money back and moved to another hotel.
