Facilities are good overall but bathroom could use some updating. Rest of the hotel was very nice.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The lobby area is clean as well as the room. I probably wouldn't go back to this hotel even if I wasn't on a budget. The room and hotel reeked of cigarettes which was nasty, the room was ok but seriously needs an upgrade, the blankets had cigarette burns and rips in them, the pillows were uncomfortable and small, and the bed was super hard. I don't think I'll be returning to this hotel unless it gets an upgrade.

This hotel was full of roaches crawling on the bead as we entered the room. They moved our room and set my to go box down and immediately roaches crawling on it. Pube hair all over the bathroom floor and a used soap bar still in the shower. Dead roaches all over the room. Nasty. Also the staff made sure that they made it a priority for them to eat as they pushed their way to the front to make a waffle. Guest are the priority. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Stayed in this hotel many times before, liked it a lot: convenient location, quiet rooms, hallway entries, MW and fridge in room, low price. Now we had roaches in the room; the sheets, pillowcases, towels are not white anymore (gray with some spots - not being bleached?) and some of them are old and fretted. But personnel is courteous and helpful. We had a nice quiet sleep, although I was squeamish to go into that "dirty" bed. Will stay some place else next time.

Okay hotel, you get what you pay for. Some of the door do not open. Some outdated appliances.

The hotel needs to update pet policy on tje websites. Its a pet free zone now.

HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN!! Drug invested, prostitution fount on and hotel staff ignored. Book non smoking rooms and placed in smoking... Don't waste your time or money!!!

Nice hotel, just for a few days adjust with our budget

I stayed here because of the low price & because I needed a pet friendly place. There were a LOT of amenities for such a cheap place, but my room was very small and SMELLY. I always bring a candle with me, but this was an old funk that wouldn't go away. It seems like hotels are going more towards less upholstered furniture to reduce funk, but this place was wall to wall carpet, dust ruffles, curtains, all places that get funky fast. If you don't mind dingy or smelly places, I would recommend this place. It is right off of I-35, but not close to downtown.

Not the best location and there are the usual issues with low-cost hotels, but the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. I would certainly consider staying there again for Formula One weekend.

The breakfast didn't have any meat (protein)! Wonderful waffles though, but no protein besides milk and yogurt.

Every time I go to Austin I usually stay downtown. But since it was LBW, room availability and prices made me stay here this time. No real complaints. For 100 bucks, you get what you pay for. What should be noted: Check in process is ridiculous. For over an hour and a half a long line consumed the lobby. Takes way too long and the staff isn't very smart. The older blonde lady was very rude. Nobody should have to wait 30 minutes in line to check in, nor then be faced with attitude from the grumpy counter ladies. I know this isn't the Hyatt, but I still expect some level of courtesy and service.

Staff is outstanding and friendly! I wish I could just take Juan with me where ever I go. Susan and Josh are great too. Hotel is not in the best shape but they definintely make the most of it. The only reason I gave it a 4 in comfort is because on my second stay the bed wasn't very comfortable but I didn't mention it because I didn't want to go thru the hassle of them correcting once I was in the room. They are replacing a lot of mattresses currently so I figure they will get to it. Breakfast is mediocre but still good enough I didn't have to go out for it. You're right on I-35 so getting out can be a little tricky if you are'nt used to Austin traffic. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Terrible experience, very disorganized, not clean. Would not recommend to anyone

Hotel was clean, nice staff. sadasdasdasdasdasdasdasdasdxzczxczxczxczxfdfgfdbvbcvbdfsfsssssssssssssss

Easy access, not difficult to find, like everything else in Austin-always busy. Nice little quick breakfast in lobby.

Clean, but poor internet access, breakfast is below expectation and not much healthy choices. Over all great for overnight stay, clean room, bit slow front service.

Our stay was good and the hotel was closed by all the places we visited while we were in Austin. We will consider staying there in future trips.

Comfy, clean room. Waffles at breakfast were the best!! Front desk staff was really nice.

We were generally pleased with the comfort level and the staff were helpful. Getting to and from the hotel location was more complicated than normal because of traffic and highway access. I had one big complaint, WIFI access was not good at all.
