I spilled water on the floor and when I went to whip it up with a towel it turned the towel black. The next day I went down to breakfast and they had bathroom cleaning supplies next to the eggs.... I lost my appetite. When I told the front desk about both istances their response was only "ok". I asked to speak with a manager but there wasn't one around... still waiting to hear back. You have been warned!

The hotel was clean, staff was great, breakfast waA decent (no healthy options though). It was just incredibly noisy. You can hear the freeway and it shakes the hotel. I couldn't sleep because it was so loud. Bring earplugs if you stay here and you'd probably be good.

The stuff is very nice and the environment also good.

Rooms were dirty. I say "rooms" because I had to stay in multiple rooms. The first room, the key didn't work. After visiting the lobby twice to advise the desk person, I then sat outside the room in 20 degrees waiting for them to show up and get me inside. They never came. I went back to lobby, they gave me a new room. This room was dirty (toilet filled with urine. someone else's AXE body spray on top of the bed (??) and TV didnt work. Advised lobby person, they did nothing. Next day I asked for a room with a working TV. Got another room. Went to go put my stuff in the new room, and this was room was being cleaned. Had to get another room. This was the final and best room, but still dirty.

My customer service experience was nice, but when I got to the room, it was dirty, the paint was peeling off the walls, the bathroom was super dirty with mold on the sides and there was a safe. It had people being loud outside of it and I just didn't feel comfortable. I was so uncomfortable that I checked out the same day I checked in and didn't care that they didn't refund my money. I didn't like it, but if you're just trying to sleep somewhere and not care about the conditions of the room then book it, but I was trying to celebrate with my boyfriend and this place didn't feel comfortable for me.

I woke up the first night with a spider bite or bed bud several times on my leg. The covers for the bed where like curtains for the window. The floor was coloring my barefoot. They had no meat for the breakfast. Leave and bad pool condition.

It's in a good location. Not too far away from everything.

Worst experience I've had to date. Stayed at this location many times. At check in, employee told me verbally room 118, handed me key cards that said 126 which didn't work, then told me he said 125. The first day of our stay, house keeping left our door open all day after cleaning the room. All of our things were free for the takings if someone would have noticed. The door is very hard to shut, we have to slam it each time we leave. I confronted to desk worker and he got mad at me because I was a little upset and told me it was just and accident. I then go back to my room and convienently both my room keys don't work anymore. We gathered our things and left, the lady at the desk when I checked out was rude and unprofessional. I would of at least expected and apology or concern about the door. They should of at least been friendly and asked if there was something wrong with the door or something they could fix.

Very disappointed with this hotel. In first place address on the website is wrong, so I expected to the hotel be at Austin south area, but instead they send me to north area , very noisy. No towels, shampoo, no even soap , or new toilet paper, for 3 days. No elevator, broken ice machine. When I needed towels or soap , I needed to go downstairs every single day to ask for that .it was a 3 days stay in that hotel. Really bad experience , I should be refunded for the amount I spent in that hotel stay . I would not recommend this hotel to anybody , they should improve everything , from staff , amenities, etc.

Wish I wouldn't have gotten the third floor but clean secure and very convenient overall great hotel!!

Stay was good staff was really friendly. Pool was kinda small but still good and was a great location.

Too noisy and the towels were dirty. Expensive for the type of place.

hotel was in good location with all the amenities that I needed, plus the price was right,,,will stay here again

Decent place near freeway. Nice Breakfast. Rooms are fine.

The room I stayed in was a good room. It was roomy and comfortable. The Internet service was fast and it had the necessities needed to sustain a comfortable stay.

The value was there, but generally the motel was run down, tired, old and dirty. I had trouble getting to it the first time and Austin traffic made it difficult to go anywhere.

Drove in late and got in an accessible room. The staff was great. Plenty of space for wheelchair in the room. Was advertised as a "Roll in Shower"-- was not. Standard shower with a seat you could put in the shower. Sink was standard height sink, chin height for wheelchair guest (too high). The On-site Security golf Cart was parked in the Accessible Parking all night. Bugs in room. But its Texas. So I will even let that slide. Easy Access to downtown Austin.

The room smelled funky. There was hair in the sink and on the counter. And stains in the shower that washed away as soon as water hit them.

For its price, it is an excellent hotel to stay at in Austin.

Breakfast was great! Every employee was nice and polite! Room was a bit rundown. Comforters had cigarette holes even though it was a non smoking room. Bed was comfy. The mini fridge did not work. The microwave did not work. A little pricy. $300 for 2 nights.
