Staff was extremely accommodating. Thank you! ! Ill stay again! !!!!!

Came in for a 1 day business trip. They picked me up from the airport. Gave me sound advice on how to get around the city. Next morning they even gave me a ride pretty close by to my meeting. They have a great coffee machine in the morning. Super friendly. Big thanks to Maggie, Victor and Irene. You guys are fantastic. Thank you!

It was a nice, clean hotel. It's less than ten minutes from the airport, which made my travel plans very easy. It includes a standard breakfast. It wasn't particularly fancy, but it was nice to have to start my travel day. There was a surprising fitness room right across the hall from my room. It was great to be able to sit in a sauna before bed.

You get what you pay for. It's a decent hotel for $75 a night but would I stay there again - no. I would pay a little more and go somewhere else. First the positives, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is pretty good. 10 minutes from downtown. The room and the sheets were clean. They have a few out of the ordinary toiletries, which is a nice touch. But the room is also very dated. There are scuffs on the walls and the armchair. The bed spread seemed so old, I didn't want to lie on it. They do breakfast from 6 to 9am, which isn't considerate of guests who get up later. We missed breakfast. They had someone mow the lawn at 8:30am!! Really!? How is this necessary?? It was so loud, it woke us up. I should also say that they don't have much grass to mow, so it just seemed ridiculous/inconsiderate. Finally, a maid came around to clean at 9am, thinking we already checked out. It seems like they are on an earlier clock at this hotel that we're used to. All of this made our stay uncomfortable. We were not rested.

Convenient at a good price! Ease of access to both downtown and airport

I stayed here for 3 night because the rate was a bit less than other nearby hotels and because of the good reviews. This is another chain 'independently owned and operated.' My experience is these independently owned hotels trading off the brand name are generally a cut below the brand. I had a general feeling the hotel is getting shabby. In addition, I booked the hotel for 3 nights through Orbitz, but the receptionist only charged me for 1 night, and after an overnight flight and going to bed, she called and woke me up twice to ask me to go to the reception and pay for 3 nights. Really inappropriate as I had paid for that night and it could certainly wait until the AM. After the second night, I decided saving 20$ was not worth the agitation and run-down sense of the place and when I informed the front desk I would check out a day early, they claimed I could only do it through Orbitz, and that in my experience is untrue. The traveler has the right to check out early with 24 hours notice. Anyway, I relocated to the new Marriott Residence Inn for $20 more and found it a far more comfortable hotel.

Totally unlike any Super8 I was expecting. Comfy room, lots of "extras', courteous service.

TV needs to be bigger and spa suite needs regrouping. But overall amazing

Worse hotel ever!!! Staff useless!!! Will never use a Suoer 8 ever again worse experience I gave ever had

ok...decent breakfasts...given the price.............................................................................................................the only reason I booked the hotel because of the price and I was told it was 4-5 miles into town. That was not even close to being correct. There are just moble home sales lots, a shell gas station, wendys, jack in the box. Hotel location on the side of the highway. It was quiet and clean, that part I liked when I was there to read and rest. But nothing, absolutely nearby or even a long walk away and because the location was on the side of a highway you could only walk so far even if you wanted to unless you wanted to walk on the street because there were no sidewalks. It cost me more on taxis each day to get back/forth from town than a good meal. I expected taxi rides but for a few minutes, a few miles not 15-20 miles each day.

Stayed here for one night. Bicycles were stolen from the parking lot (locked with two locks to a car rack; cut away by thieves familiar with their work). Hotel staff seemed uninterested in assisting us with security footage or in dealing with the police. They seemed like they just wanted us to go away. Was given the contact information of the manager. Emailed her and have heard nothing back.

Some nice amenities in hotel lobby (free coffee, cookies) and in room (bathrobe, plenty of toiletries, bathroom scale). Friendly staff and good location.

The place was super clean, very close to the airport!!! The owner drives the shuttle and was very kind!! They even had complementary water and crackers in my room!

We picked this hotel because it was close to the Austin airport and had a free shuttle. We had an early flight to New York. The shuttle was available as as early as 4 AM. As a bonus we were able to leave our car at the hotel for $5.00 a day. Everything was great. The room even had a ceiling fan. The only fault we found was that the entrance doors were not automatic and we struggled with luggage to get in. On our return two weeks later, we were promptly picked-up at the airport.

This Super 8 is locally owned and you can tell the owners are warm and welcoming. There were cookies in the lounge when we arrived, and the staff was very friendly and courteous. We'll stay here again.

Well run facility and pleasant staff. Somewhat difficult to find from airport. I enjoyed staying here one night.

Very attractive, quiet hotel. Desk staff were very pleasant and upgraded me to a suite on check in. What a lovely surprise! Room was well appointed, had everything I could possibly want, including a bathrobe and the most wonderful bed I've slept on in two continents! Breakfast and Starbucks coffee was a great start to a long, busy day! Don't miss this place!

met all expectations good staff and service easy to find easy to get in and out of on to the highway

We got to the hotel after 2am. The man at the front desk was very helpful. He even gave us a cup of milk for our 1 year old. Missed the free breakfast. Took advantage of the free airport shuttle to go back to the airport to pick up rental car. Taxi ride to the hotel was $17.

The place was great! They went out of their way to help us feel comfortable. Everything was great, including the mattresses.
