it was an okay hotel. Nothing to praise and nothing to complain about. A little outdated, the room was large, only one bath towel since they're a green business. the phone didn't work to call the front desk for more. also an insurance building somehow.

I stayed for 3 nights, they never cleaned the room, had to ask for towels and toilet paper and they guve it in a very rude way, never took out the trash. It was terrible...

It was a quaint place with a nice lobby. Room was clean and comfortable.

I stayed in the Premiere Suite, it was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The room was across the elevator and I could hear everyone that came out. The hotel is an older hotel but it is clean.

This hotel was not ready for me when I arrived. The person on the lobby wanted to increase my rate per night for apparently no valid reason. Hotel staff knock on my door mutiple times after I was already sleeping asking me to move rooms. Both tines they woke me up i refused. Common area floors were dirty and the hotel had a fubny (moldy) smell to it. Dont. Stay here because its a battle with the staff

It doesn’t have a trashcan in room and Smell was awful.

Over all descent hotel construction made it kind of hard to get to clean room.

Paid $117 for the night which was about $40 too much. Bath tub looked dirty. Noisy highway and uncomfortable beds.

Good for the price. Room was very big. Close to everything in south Austin

Stunk like bleach and mold, old motel, not hotel, I think low income/homeless live there. Smells like a old locker room, i came down with bronchitis a couple days after staying there. Front desk guy is nice, joke breakfast, bait and switch, feels like a crime scene waiting to happen.

Very convenient to downtown Austin Very nice and clean .

We would like to apologize for this.. we had our main washer stop working and lost a member of our staff during your stay. We were just as upset as you were that we were not able to service your room.
