Room was smaller than the picture lead you to believe, the pool was not filled, laundry was out of service, no iron or refrigerator and trash left in the room from previous renters

The shower design was ackward. Dirty bed sheets. No apology for not having the bed sheets changed. I know it's a budget motel, but at least change the bedsheets before check-in.
The water went out. We were not able to shower, and we had to pour bottled water in the toilet to flush the toilet.
Stale smoke smell in the room. Slightly sketchy area of town. This place seems to have used as long term rentals.
Quiet clean nice beds nice staff a lot of parking.

The phone did not work, there was dried vomit on the bathroom door, the shower was dirty, the bathroom door was rotted out and did not close, the curtains were dirty, the bed was lumpy and made my back hurt, the bed spread was not cleaned and the room smelled like mold. I want a refund.
There were roaches crawling all over!!! Disgusting!
It was DISGUSTING and we ended up not staying due to unsanitary conditions. There was hair all in the bed and i dont mean just 1, they were everywhere so my husband pulled sheets off and was going to go request new CLEAN sheets, but then we saw the giant urine stains all over the mattress!! As if the bed issue was not bad enough, the floor was laminate so it should have been very easy to clean but it had so many dirty spots from stuff being spilled and not properly cleaned, i didnt want to take my shoes off.
I didnt like a single thing about it . It was crowded amd looked like it was a place for criminals. Lookef unsafe for my kids.
There was no water coming out my shower head. The other room I had the water didn’t want to go in the tube , it was clogged. The rooms were not ready. Th staff was not on the same page with Eachother.

The manager told me I didn't have a reservation without even checking. He said they were booked and no way I had a reservation. I called orbitz to cancel and get a refund and they called the hotel. A new employee was in and said my room was ready. I had already booked another room. Huge inconvenience and terrible customer service. He said only one person hadn't checked in and it wasn't me.
