Booked because every other hotel was sold out. Convenient and cheap. Room appeared clean and was adequate for a one night stay although had a musty smell.

Good customer service great location quick chech in amd check out

Service at check in and out was great. The room however was terrible. Very loud fan or pump noise from outside the room woke me several times and Lots of road noise too.

Room was clean, comfortable. The property is a bit old, and it there is not much near it. It is about 5 miles from downtown Austin.

Room was very nice and comforting. Room temp was cool. Nice hotel with niiiice beds :)

Don't stay here!!! Security is very unprofessional and thinks he is working at a jail and thinks the guest are inmates.

The neighborhood was sketchy, although when I was in the room I was pleasantly surprised.

Run down facility, dirty rooms, feminine products used and un-used on the bathroom floor, used personal items and wrappers left on table, chewed gum on night stand. Offered a second room that had a broken phone. Doors were locked early in the morning for security reasons which is understandable but when you are buzzing into the front desk and trying to swipe your card and security just stares at you is not the best customer service. This hotel DOES NOT offer a shuttle, as it was noted on the website!

about 12 minutes from the airport and a lot cheaper than the ones right across the street from the airport

This la Quinta looks much better in pics than in real life. It's next door to an abandoned car lot. Seems kinda ghetto. Was decent for a very short (over night) stay but I wouldn't go back. they are located under the freeway so if you're not familiar with the area (as we were not) it's easy to miss and have to do a very long turn Around. Staff was very nice though

Booked this hotel late for the SXSW interactive conference. Just a basic hotel and a 15-20 min cab ride to downtown. A good hotel if you don't mind being far from downtown and not being around any noise.

I like La Quinta, Have stayed there before. I was looking for the other one on Oltorf st. This is an older motel.

Overall, we had a good visit. Location was ideal for us. Close to many local attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. We were not pleased the breakfast. Did not taste very good. We were also bothered with housekeeping knocking on the door 2 hours before checkout wanting to get a head start on cleaning. We felt rushed to hurry up and gather our stuff to leave.

I was greeted with a friendly, efficient clerk and was checked into my room in record time. I was offered assistance getting my bags up the stairs by s staff member and gladly accepted. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. I WILL be returning to stay here on my next trip to Austin!

okay room for the price and nice staff. room was clean. a small refrigerator would have been nice, but at least there was ice and snack machines. beds were very comfortable.

The guy at the front desk was really nice, the hotel was okay nothing fancy I think its a lil overpriced the hotel is outdated but it was pretty good for a one night stay.

I needed a place as my house was full for the day.

Location is great, but the hotel could use renovation. The room was pretty clean and the breakfast ok. But the facility is sorely in need of sprucing up.

front desk was very helpful. location was close enough to the airport and downtown. not very many many restaurants close to hotel.

It was a nice economical place to stay and included a continental breakfast. It was not fancy but definitely adequate and clean. I have no complaints. We just needed a nice place to stay at night as we were busy during the day.
