Not recommended. We stayed for one night in this hotel. It's very old property. The breakfast had very few options. Definitely not going back.

I can't tell you how horrible this place was in truth for fear of having the hotel file legal proceedings against me. If I actually wrote out all the things that I saw and experienced during my stay, no one who read this review would ever stay at this facility.

Not bad as what other reviews had said. I was really sceptical at first because I was taking my 1 year old baby, but everything was great . Beds were comfy and it was clean! I would stay again!

Dated, bathroom had issues, felt dingy and rough. Served its purpose of a place to crash on last minute booking.

I had a clean room that was comfortable. I felt safe and I was able to get a good night of sleep which is what I needed. It's not the Ritz obviously but I honestly had no complaints at all.

My wife and I drove from Houston to Austin for the weekend to party at 6th street. We arrived at the hotel about to hours before check in time, the young lady in the desk gladly accommodated us in a room within minutes so we wouldn't have to wait. The room was great with a king plus bed, room was clean and the location was about a 2 minute drive to 6th street. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel because we were exploring 6th street. Only thing in hotel that needs improvement is the breakfast which consists on cereal, yogurt, waffles, cold boil eggs, juice, coffee, I would had liked some meats but besides that, this hotel was great and for what you pay, you really can't beat this price.

Considering the short notice I called, it was a good location and a fair rate. So, I didn't expect much in terms of comfort, in this sense it was not disappointing that it was not as comfortable as a bigger hotel. The couple of words I had with the people at the reception when checking in and checking out were nice and polite. I stayed two nights but didn't have the opportunity to eat at the hotel, so no way to rate the food or service.

Hotel was simple, clean, no nonsense. Really enjoyed affordability.

We arrived late evening and they were busy with checking all in, every pleasant young man at the front desk, the room was spacious, older building but every clean and no older. I would very much return, it was convent to our location of need.

location was great while we were stuck, very clean and rooms were spacious

got to spend time with family friends and enjoy the city of austin

Some of the other Guests behaved quite badly and the police had to be called a couple times very late in the eveningmaking sleeping tough. And the amount I prepaid was more than the actual bill. Will this overage be refunded?

First I will remark that the front desk and maintenance people were nice and professional. That being said, it's the only thing I found nice about this hotel. The carpet in the room was damp and stank, the toilet was running the whole time, and the vents on the a/c were cracked and dangling. Not that this is the hotel's fault-but there were a lot of shady looking people wandering through the parking lot either by foot or on bike glancing at cars. I was trying to take a nap before I had to tend to the business I was in Austin for, but I kept getting awakened by the sounds of drunkards arguing and yelling in the parking lot. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe at this hotel that before I headed out to do the overnight work I was in town for-I checked out. I preferred to drive the hour and a half back home to San Antonio than stay at this place.

The room was dirty and not well maintained. Two of the three wall sconces had bad bulbs in them. There was a hole punched in the bathroom wall behind the toilet.

This hotel was really run down and not of the quality I'm used to with La Quinta Inn. It was loud (walls were paper thin). There was the smell of smoke all over when I thought I had requested a smoke free room. The room was old in every way. Even the lobby did not have a warm and inviting look. It was really run down and cheap looking. Overall I wasn't pleased

When I made reservations at this hotel, it was because it was close to the venue we would be at. It wasn't bad for the price. I honestly thought I booked a room with 2 queen beds but those beds were a full at the largest (resulting in one of us having to sleep on the floor). No one picked up at the front desk @ 3am when we got back to the room. Just needed an extra blanket for the lucky one who got stuck on the floor. He had to walk around and wait for someone to come up to the front desk. No wake-up call the next morning when we requested it either. Nor did they answer @ 9am when we were needing a toothbrush. Oh and despite the questionable location, I did feel safer knowing they had an all night security officer. Very friendly guy.

Average hotel, great for the location to where we were going...

Average hotel, great for the location, down te street from the concert venue

The key for the original room they had for us 299 did not work I had to walk back to the front desk to have the card re programmed and still didn't work the hotel staff came out after the third time card got programmed Staff tried the "master Card " and it still didn't open they ended up getting me an other room Room 114 . I was not satisfied and I won't be going here ever again.

the staff recommended a shuttle service and quoted me a price. The shuttle service doubled the price. Staff was "hands off" when I told them about it. said I should have done something. I called the shuttle service, left a message and got NO return call back. do not use the recommended shuttle service from this hotel.
