We arrived about 6pm. The desk clerk was friendly and supportive but the rooms she sent us to see were all in bad shape.

Room was nice than expected considering it had a kitchenette. Hotel staff was very helpful and courteous.

I had booked a non-smoking room. When I checked in I was informed this hotel is all smoking rooms. I was given 1 small bar of soap to last me 5 days. ( it lasted 3). No daily house keeping service. And After dropping something between the bed and nightstand, on the third day, I discover an extinguished cigarette. Needless to say, I checked out the next day and went to a different hotel.

I booked several nights, but only stayed for one since I had no place to go after checking late. Here is what I remember: - Smell on the hallway. - Have a kitchenette, but people have to prepare whatever to use there. - A bug in a tub, not dead. - Hairs on bed sheets. - The room did not feel clean. - Noise from people around.

Even with their limited staff I have received far better customer service at this hotel than any other hotel I have been at. In my opinion Every hotel needs to model their customer service after Crestwood Economy Studios.

This is not Crestwood Suites. It really isn't even a hotel - they don't replace towels, have a coffee maker or even replace toilet paper. The furniture is old and damaged and the bathroom wasn't even clean. We checked out shortly after checking in. I think this is more of a temporary housing place.

Had an extended stay and needed something more affordable. With the kitchenette, we get to eat in and save even more and be more healthy. Grocery, etc very close and accessible. It does smell like cigarettes in the hall but room doesn't. In the process of updating the hotel - has been bought by In-Town Suites. Staff was great. Bring your own kitchen stuff or go to one of the handy good will or dollar stores. It is not currently provided. A few interesting characters but I always felt safe. 24 hour maintenance and security. Laundry facilities were just fine.

The place was like a flop house. Could not stay one night here.

It was harder than expected to locate the place...felt uncomfortable at first because several people were just hanging around, not doing anything in particular, at the parking lot, main entrance, lobby and halls!

Make the hotel smell better or hired new staff to do a better job!

Everything. Is just wrong. Lol, dirty rooms, only One member Of staff to do all the jobs posible.

Frequent traveler. I will never stay here again my first night I had to move rooms due to the fact that the room they had designated to was FILTHY . The second room wasn't any better. Roaches, hard mattress, blood stains on furniture and doors. ALL AROUND NO GO.

The stay waz good...even though, there was a pair of dirty socks left behind in room....but overall, the stay was good....Friendly staff...For a weekend of partying out with guy frnds... All we needed was a place to sleep...and the price was fair for a nite

Reserved room called to confirm all ok. Get there and room has been given away! They put me n a room that was not clean n I felt like I needed to sleep with one eye open! Never again

This will be the last time I stay at this hotel. It is actually in a nice part of town but the facility is dirty and smells. There were people hanging out outside of the front door most of the night drinking and smoking. At check in there was someone complaining about their neighbors being loud again and the response was that they were moving to another floor next week. The blankets were thin and seemed like they would be curtains instead of blankets. I will never stay here again.

Room needed to be exterminated due to roaches in the dinette area and bathroom. Room musty and needed to be aired out or air freshner used. Light next to bed when turned on shorted out and threw breakers. If it were not for the price and location, I would not recommend. If management would correct deficiencies and clean up the grounds around the hotel I am sure occupancy would increase.

For $59 a night you can't beat this price and quality.

There was only 1 towel in the room despite reservations for 2 people. They did give us one more towel for the stay when we asked. There were only 2 pillows. We asked for more pillows twice but were told that there were no more pillows. It could have been a bit more comfortable. Overall it was in a good location and pretty cheap, just not as comfortable as it could have been.

Good location nice staff. Would have been a more positive experience if they provided towels

Too expensive for the quality of the room. There were no towels and toiletries in the room. The room was dirty and had roaches.
