The home features two bedrooms with two queen plus beds. Additional air mattress in the master bedroom allows up to 5 guests to stay.

Parking: Street parking for one car is available with a parking pass. Additional cars can use nearby paid street parking from 8 AM to 6 PM. After 6 PM, parking is free. We recommend checking parking details in advance, especially if it’s your first time in Austin.

Please Note: To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both guests and host, we kindly ask all confirmed guests to sign a short rental agreement after booking. A $300 security deposit is required which will be released 7 days after checkout if no damages reported.
