The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was out of order due to maintenance. The front desk person called a nearby hotel and got is access to the indoor pool there!

I love this place! I will definitely stay there again. Staff was so nice, and very accommodating to my needs.

We only stayed one night there and basically we used the hotel to sleep only as we wanted to hangout in Austin, the hotel is ok, the complimentary breakfast is buffet really cheap, but good enough.

I stayed in this hotel for one night on a business trip. The overall experience was great. They had an incredibly friendly staff that is eager to help and assist. I think that was the best part of the experience. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was great as well. The only drawbacks were the price and the location. You have to drive a while to get anywhere, and the price was 30 higher than what I would like to have paid.

The hotel was not too far from the airport, and after a long wait for a supposed guarantee at a CAR rental place it was a nice ending to a stressful day. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would stay here again

We stayed here over Thanksgiving. The location is convenient, but the only views are the freeways and parking lots. The interior looks decent. The staff was friendly and attentive. There were no towels in our room. Odd. I called the front desk and was asked to come down to get some. Fine. I arrived at the front desk, but they were actually out of clean towels. Well then -- I had to take a few from the pool. We got back to the room Thanksgiving night and housekeeping had not been through. The front desk said "no housekeeping on Thanksgiving." It would have been nice to know that beforehand (during check-in?, or on a sign somewhere?). If no housekeeping, what about clean towels? No problem, they said, and they hand me a set of towels to carry up to the room. At least they had towels this time. Woke up the next morning with a piece of old chewing gum stuck to both my arm hair and the corner of the bed sheet. Apparently the hotel did not launder the sheet, or the gum made it through the last wash. So gross. Overall, would not recommend.

It is not extraordinary but fulfills its cost I think. Good location near highway.

My parents came to visit Austin, where I live, I had them stay at this hotel! Great location and great price! Also great breakfast!

I love the staff at the front desk when I got to Austin. They were great!!! The housekeeping manager was beautiful! :-)

Staff was great. I accidently book my room for a single king size bed, but really needed 2 double size beds. The desk attendants were great at changing my room to accommodate what I needed.

Recently stopped in Austin for a visit with my daughter at college. Very comfy and quiet room, very clean hotel. My only issue was more difficult than usual to find my way to the hotel for registration late at night.

Staff was nice and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Could have done without the noise from the traffic outside but wasn't terrible.

We had a wonderful two night stay, we traveled to 6th street both nights, which was about 8 miles from the hotel. We had a great weekend

We stayed the weekend and visited Austin. Had a great time and the hotel was very satisfying.

great value- clean, safe and convenient locations, pleasant staff

In town visiting friends. Location good but VERY noisey (highway close by). The staff was great. Very friendly. The breakfast set-up could have been better but the hotel was full because of a youth convention so everyone was trying to eat at the same time.

I enjoyed the spacious room & accomodations.

It was a nice hotel... I wish I would have had a room on the side away from the highway... was loud all night.

Worked out in excercise room. Good equipment and very clean. Location in North Austin was great. Easy access to downtown AND Lake Travis. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Would recommend to others.
