Horrendous! Where to start? I’ll go with the good, First the check in guy super cool, no problems with him…. Our room was cleaner than I expected given the rest of the property. Now the bad, Our room was next to the stairwell, we attempted to use the stairwell as the elevator was filthy, there was a wet flood sign just laying there and sawdust all over the floor. But when we walked into the stairwell it smelled like human feces and urine. I just about vomited and had to turn back to use the elevator. The room keys, we had to have them reset every time we left the room. One time I waited, yelling for a counter clerk for 10 mins and no one ever showed. They were somewhere in the building and finally showed up. The staff doesn’t care, and it shows. Do not stay here. Run!!!

Not 1 trash can in the hotel room. Black mold growing around shower faucet and throughout popcorn ceiling of bathroom. Dishwasher was full of mold. Bullet hole through peephole in door, super scary. Homeless people freely use the common area restrooms. Grab and go breakfast consisted of a total of 2 prepackaged muffins the 1st morning, nothing the 2nd. (Maybe the local homeless people took?) Bathroom door didn’t lock. Outdoor pool was very small, didn’t look like a normal color (too green) and a lot of debris floating on top. Didn’t feel safe being in the pool, let alone being outside in general. Only one person working front desk and only showed when someone rang the bell. It was obvious that they did not want to be working. No cookware was in the room. Had to ask for it specifically and that was provided with hesitation as it required work to fetch the silverware. I will NEVER stay in this hotel again or even in the general area. The room was fairly clean though but above everything, why on earth would they not have trash cans in the room?!?

The neighborhood is poverty stricken with numerous homeless begging on each corner. The hotel lacks in all categories. At night the check in clerk is asleep and hard to wake up. No coffee on some mornings and if it was served it was old and cold at 7am. The check in area and hallways have a strong smell of marijuana.

Property was not what was expected. It was run down and smelled like cigarettes.

Was a Dope and Swiss style apartment around the corner from sauce.

Like was closer to work office, don’t like that someone stole stuff from my tool box. Lady out front seemed bother when asking for stuff like plate, spoon, fork and cup. When asked for extra towels seemed bother as well.

I didn't get to stay as the property overbooked and I found that out by phone before arriving to Extended Stay America. For a good hour Orbitz staff (Phil) was trying to find a place for me to stay, as all properties were booked. So please disregard my scores as I did not get a chance to stay at the site.

We came for a Texas game and Rita was super nice! We knew we would be a late check in since it was a night game and they allowed us to check in 3 hours before normal hours to make sure our reservation was held! Very clean, nice rooms, very accommodating, and great service!

Bed could have been more comfortable and linen a bit better quality.

It was nice to have a room equipped with a kitchen and appliances!

Horrible. Cigarette burn on the comforter, dirty coffee pot in and out, ac only runs continuously when there is a light on, horrible foundation and muggy reception area.

There was a roach the size of my pinky finger resting in the bathtub during our 4-day stay. There were two cop cars responding to a guest disturbance at some point. The hallways had bizarre smells (one morning it smelled liked urine, the next morning it smelled like spoiled milk). I understand people are probably cooking to create such putrid smells but it was just awful. My friend and I woke up feeling itchy each morning, we had no pots or pans in our kitchenette and quite frankly the way it looked we chose not to really walk inside at a certain point. The refrigerator was VERY worn and broken inside, I only used it to put my Gatorade in. We honestly didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room so make sure you bring socks and flip flops for the bathtub. The staff, however, was VERY friendly, it was conveniently located right off 35 so it was a straight shot to downtown... but the hotel itself is pretty unsanitary. This is more of a $49/night hotel in terms of value.

we stayed at this hotel to attend a show. it was nice and served its purpose, although it was further away and not very convenient.

A basic place to lay your head with a kitchenette, TV, and WiFi. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the AC would not program to continual low fan.

Friendly staff and good location close to downtown. The amenities were new and the room was comfortable, overall positive experience. The manager was nice and asked about my plans and gave me a room that fit.

Good location, quiet and out of the way but easy to get all around Austin. The room was clean, staff was nice. We really only used the hotel to sleep and were out most of the day. For $70 a night I have no complaints.

It was good for a one night stay for last minute booking. Only complaint was that they gave us a smoking room when we requested for a nonsmoking room.

On this last trip, I sayed in 4 2-star hotels and this by far was the worst. The bed was not comfortable, the shower was leaking all night long and when I got up in the morning there were two cocroaches crawling arround in the bath tub. I will never stay there again!
