Location is good. Nice to be near convenience store and several restaurants. Concerns at hotel were addressed and fixed by next day. Staff is good. Breakfast is bare but I was aware and planned accordingly.

From the exterior, this property looks like others of its brand. Inside, a whole different story. The lobby is the only clean, attractive portion I saw. I was sent to a room. When I arrived, the bed was unmade and the room unclean. Someone had started cleaning it but never finished (and this was at 9 p.m.). I went back and got a new room assigned. Went to it and experienced the exact same thing. I couldn't even call the front office because the phone did not work. Finally, I got a room near the lobby that I made them check first before giving it to me. Normal size bed instead of the queen I reserved. The room was old, out dated, institutional and depressing. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

Room had roaches, bathtub rusty, tiles moldy, no coffee or pot in room, TV channels limited, fitness center not open until 7, breakfast to begin at 6am, went at 6:10, they had not even set up.

Price was reasonable, facility could use some updates. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cleanliness of the room and particularly the floors was the problem.

Had to stay here for one night and the stay was decent. I dont have anything to rave about , neither do i have any complaints.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. However, you should know that although it is only 2 stories, there is no elevator. This could have caused a problem for my 80+ year old parents had they not gotten a ground floor room. They do not make up the room on a daily basis. I understand that it is unnecessary to change the sheets daily, but it would be nice to have the bed made and the trash emptied. The kitchenette is quite satisfactory for preparing a meal for two. If there are more in your party, you may have to request extra plates and silverware. The refrigerator is large and mine at least got very cold. There are a couple of small restaurants to eat at right next door and a 7-11 style mart for cold drinks and snacks. The entire location has been recently renovated. There is the smell of new paint and everything is clean and bright. I just thought there were a couple of things that should have been more prominently made clear in the property description, which I have pointed out above, but I would stay there again. Hope this helps.

Experience was smooth mo hangups. Staff was really friendly and thoughtful

My room stunk! like mildew!! could not sleep very loud at night! people comimg and going at all hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our first room smelled and had tiny bugs in the bathroom. The bed was supposed to be queen, but was more like a full size bed. The staff was very apologetic and credited us for that night's stay. They worked hard to get us another room. This room was better. The room was as clean as an old well used room could be. The carpet is well worn and dirty, stained, in the room and the hallway. The take and go breakfast is pretty pitiful. We stay at this hotel because of the location to family.

good location, large room, clean, friendly front desk, will come back.

Suite was nice. Would have been better if pull out couch wasn't facing the master bed and had more privacy.

It did not have coffee cups or any drinking glasses we got a smpking room without ashtrays It just was not seem like the place we will stay again. The staff was great friendly and nice.

the room was sufficient for a weekend visit. the location was great, and it was fairly easy to get anywhere we needed to go. The breakfast, however, was lacking, as was the room service. we did receive clean towels on a daily basis nor did we receive soap and replacement coffee.

There is seemingly very little insulation. You can hear concersations from the rooms across the hallway. If you happen to have a connecting door, there is no privacy. Arboretum is nearby for superior shopping and food choices. Downtown Austin is about 15 minutes away

Very happy, suprised they allow pets, but none were barking or making any noise!! Also suprised its $3 for towels and to have them make the bed. But hey, very happy with location, price, and service!! I slept on pullout, and it was comfortable.

We had a visit with our granddaughter that was in foster care. We are from out of state and the cps office was just around the corner. We are going to use this hotel again for our unsupervised visits with our granddaughter, until our adoption is done. The room came with a full kitchen, stove, micro, full frig, dishes for cooking/eating, table, chair, dvd, all that we would need to speed a weekend with a 5 month old baby.

The hotel is located at a nice an quiet location. It is good for the price.
