broken fixtures in bath ..no towels no maid service either bery poor

During our 4night stay our room was only cleaned once after complaint daily about pile of dirty towels and trash not getting picked up. Also we had to get our room key activated daily and pick up fresh towels . We also made our own bed and breakfast had very limited items that were not replenished.

No ice machines on the second floor and half of the ones on the first floor don't work. Hotel check in lady was beyond rude when i asked where the room was after she claimed she had already showed me on the map. The pool was empty despite being summer time. Holes in the wall of our bathroom, breakfast was out of almost everything even though we went when i just started. The ONLY day the breakfast was decent was the day a manager in a suit showed up. That was also the only day the breakfast room was CLEAN. the second night there, a loud party erupted behind in the back parking lot and when the front desk was told they said they couldn't do anything if the people partying were renting rooms. I don't recommend this place unless you only use it to sleep, and even then loud car music parties are possible to disrupt that.

Check in was not great because there was no one working at the front desk and I waited 20 minutes, but the majority of the stay was lovely. The room was wonderful. They called me a taxi after check out that arrived promptly.

The room was clean and spacious with typical hotel room amenities, including a microwave and frig. The kind size bed had 4 small pillows, which looked nice, but were not very comfortable or efficient.

black mold in the bath and stains on the shower curtain, bugs that come in at night unless you keep the room ice cold, my room was stale and had dead bugs everywhere including under the covers of the bed the first night.

it was cheap and available and got the job done as a place to sleep and shower and use my laptop w their wifi while not at my business conference downtown.

Easy check in, big room, sheets clean. Carpets and walls not very clean. Nice and cold AC though

The worst place I've ever stayed! First room had literally bugs in the bed- not sure if they were bed bugs- and food crumbs!!!! You could feel the springs in the mattress, carpet was stained and torn. Asked for a 2nd room. Food crumbs in the bed again!!! They gave me 30% off my bill but it wasn't worth it. Also saw some sketchy people who honestly looked like drug addicts coming out of their rooms.

Felt like I was going to catch bed bugs the whole time. Carpet was extremely dirty and there was blood on the wall.

Room unclean, staff disrespectful, no internet-even after spending hours with tech support.

Check-in was fast, room was good just need to update the TV's. Pool is big and nice. Continental breakfast room was very dirty.

Okay location close to the freeway but lots of shady characters around. Check-in took a very long time, quite ridiculous for a single night repaid stay.

The stay was good for the money, but they had an extra fee for incenditals when I arrived. I asked for a receipt and they refused. After much insisting, I finally received a hand written receipt.

If you just want a place to stay for nights, well this place is just fit for you and the price is pretty good. Room and service are ok. The bed is way better than anywhere else with same price. This is my second time to stay in the same hotel, and the experiences are never changed. Overall, very decent price and a nice place to stay for couple days in Austin. Pretty close to downtown too, only 5 minutes away from downtown.

The motel is an older property, but maintained to good standards. The double room has a refrigerator and microwave. The wireless worked well. The room was clean and functional. The only down side is the TV. It was the older tube type and not a LED type. As for the breakfast, they had a good variety and it was replenished regularly. Would stay here again.

Yes the hotel was great thanks for your business..............................................................................................................

This hotel does not represent its name "Qaulity" in any way. The first room assigned to us had a do not disturb sign on the door and the air conditioning was running. The staff didn't know why and gave us a new room. The new room was not well maintained. There are too many issues to list, but some include: bed tilted off its base when sitting on the left side, holes in the wall and bathroom door, bathroom light did not work, phone did not work, bathroom door latch missing, outlet on one wall did not work and shower dirty and damaged. This hotel was the worst I have ever used and dirtier than any Motel 6 I have ever been in.

Quite and just a nice place to be. Staff were very friendly and helpful...clean rooms

It was not the best hotel was expecting it to be better. There was a some people from 2 different rooms and they was fighting over something that happened in pool area. The breakfast was horrible
