Nice place to stay at this price point. Clean room, coffee maker in room, limited breakfast downstairs. A bit noisy walking down the hall but pretty quiet in the room.

very old, not so clean. Hotel located next to a shipping company that operated 24/day so don't expect to sleep much because of truck and loading/unloading loud noise. There is also an abandoned house packed with bums

Location good on north side Austin stayed brief time to sleep to go on to Corpus Christie

This is an old dingy motel convenient to my meeting place.

Decent location and room. A little on the old side, but not too bad. Ample parking, the WIFI and AC worked well. For the price a good deal. Good for people doing business in Austin, not good for families on vacation.

The hand washbasin was cracked and un-hygenic. The bathroom was very tight and the tub base was bouncy. The breakfast area was small and congested.

Had a nice time. The hotel is perfect distance from town. I enjoyed our stay we will be returning.

Our stay was comfortable. We were attending a family event. I thought the price was a bit high. I was happy the room had a refrigerator so I could stock the breakfast foods I could eat. The AC made the room smell weird. I have food allergies so the the breakfast was of little use, adding hard boiled eggs would have been nice. The location allowed for easy access to all directions.

Friendly staff. We stay here every year that we attend the 4th of July festivities.

Even though the location was not ideal, my experience was better than expected! The entrance was marred, but manageable! Parking was good. The location was further from the Erwin Center than I would have liked, but I was able to drive to each event in more than enough time for the beginning each day. Good stay!

Nice and comfortable room for the price and helpful staff.

The room is clean, the receptionist is very nice, provide very good service.

An overall average experience. The continental breakfast was sorely lacking.

Staff worked with everyone this busy weekend. Eight of us were together and had no problems at all. Great experience.

It was a great hotel, services were on point, staff was very friendly and nearby food services.

From beginning to end, staff was excellent help. Breakfast included Texas shaped waffles! Yum! Our grandson LOVED the place.

The location is VERY hard to find if you don't have a GPS, and then it's not easy. The man who checked me in was about as friendly as an overworked undertaker. The room was okay; it served the purpose, as all I needed was a place to sleep. At 11 p.m. or so, though, I had to open the door to my room and ask the group having laughing contests in the hallway if they had a room, and would they please go to it! They actually woke me up. Then, at about 2 or 3 a.m., a group of party-goers, I guess, came in and made so much noise in the room directly above mine that THEY woke me up. First I called their room, correctly guessing the room number, and asked them to cut out the noise.. When it continued, I called the front desk. In a few minutes, the noise was down. But by that time, I was awake. I think you probably get what you pay for, and the room was cheap. I probably would not stay here again.

The room was almost too small for two people, but at least included a king size bed. Although it was a "nonsmoking" room, the hallway constantly smelled of cigarettes. The constant highway noise was very loud. Good water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water, but cheap, small and rough towels. Disgusting bed comforter, which we asked to be removed. (Hoteliers should watch Anthony Melchiori about why they are unnecessary.) One disappointment was the function room a few doors down from us. The Saturday desk manager hosted a raucous and smoky football party from 4 until 11PM on Sunday. Smells of food and cigarettes punctuated our evening. Would we go back? Possibly. And we might. You get what you pay for there, so we saved some money in the long run.

No complaints! Friendly staff, accommodating facility with all the necessities. Need to drive to get anywhere in town, but that's what you pay for.

clean rooms, courteous staff. Location is difficult to get to (located awkwardly on one side of intersection) but totally worth the price.
