Great value for my dollar. About 30 minutes from downtown Austin.

The electronic key system was down, so I had to go to the front desk every time to have access to my room. The room was clean, but the toilet ranned the whole time. It was Texas State track meet, so I couldn't have cancelled. Most rooms were booked for that weekend. I wish I could communicate this to someone whose in charge.

The hotel is clean comfortable and affordable. My first concerns were the doors were open at night allowing anyone in. I now see that scenario has been fixed. Secondly the elevator seems to labor on assent. And thirdly the lobby need art and flowers.

The hotel room was in bad condition.. room had Roach's and spiders. Looked like it was cleaned properly.. would not recommend to anyone..

The non smoking room had a strong odor to it. The carpet on the floor was in despicable condition. The bed covers had cigarette burn holes, as well as the curtains. The hotel staff did not inform us that they do not clean the room or change the linen on a daily basis. All in all, a very disappointing stay.

Okay, I rated this for what it was. It was a very affordable place in a good location. It was clean. Nothing fancy. Comfortable and super friendly staff. The area was well lit and safe. I noticed they allow pets and mark the rooms with signs to notify staff which I thought was nice. They still have smoking rooms, so if you enjoy a good smoke this is the place for you. What your not going to find is room service, bed turn down, mints on the pillow and a concierge at your beck and call. If this is what your expecting then you need to reach a bit deeper into your pockets. This is a very affordable, clean place to stay. If you want more, pay more, but don't leave bad reviews because it's not the Ritz. I noticed that many people were laborers that were staying for weeks at a time. The place was booked solid so that says a great deal.

it was a good deal , not the best location , but it worked out for my needs

I needed a place to stay while I was attending a professional development activity. The hotel was good because it was clean. Customer service was also just OK. Thank you for service.

The location of this hotel is in a good spot on the northwest side of Austin. This could be a great place under the proper management. It's nice to have a kitchenette in the room but the rooms need a little maintenance. People that weren't staying at the hotel were hanging out in front of the hotel all night. People in other rooms were yelling all night and nothing was done despite numerous complaints.

It wouldn't be so bad, but the rooms seem to be consistently dirty.

The room was adequate and everythng worked. Carpet was very stained and room showed heavy wear with some paint peeling in the bathroom and poor sealant application. An extra pillow and having a blanket available for the bed would have been nice. The room met our minimum needs, but it did not exceed any other expectations.

The room was clean but musty. They could have sprayed some febreze. The bed was very hard. I felt like I had slept on the floor.

The Hotel Staff was ver y courteous. The room was Ok, smelt Dank and Musty, however a bottle of Febreeze, and the room was good to go.

I only needed one night. Price was cheap. The staff was exceptionally nice @ check in. Room was clean. Minor problem with the coffee pot.

When we pulled up, imediatly I felt unsafe. There were thugs hanging out all over the rails of the hotel hallways. I got there really late and found the lobby closed... I had to call them to open. The staff was nice... but man when I walked into the elevator a strong smell of pee and vomit filled the air. When I walked into the room I expected the worse. Actually really good size room dine there was a total of 3 adults in my party. But the sheets looked dirty and my pillow was stained with cigarette burns. We also discovered food in the fridge and trashbags full of coke cans and sunny d.... we figured they were from the previous people that stayed there. It's cheap but you really do get what you pay tor. And this taught q lesson that sometimes the cheap route isn't always good... I'd never stay again.!!!!!!

This hotel room would have been very nice for the price if it had not been flea infested and infested with unsavory characters. There was a loud fight in the room above us. The lady next door to us had a big obnoxious dog, and a mouth like a sailor. After 10PM folks could be heard cussing outside your room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would NOT stay at this hotel again. I was traveling with my kids. We are all flea bitten now!

After reading another review posted on-line, I expected a flea bag no-tell hotel. My experience goes to show that some on-line reviews are just fiction. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was courteous and helpful. I locked myself out of my room twice having senior momments and both times the staff came to my rescue. I don't know what hotel the other reviewer stayed in. (He/She mentioned drug deals and dirty rooms.) But I was very pleased with my experience and would stay there again.

You definitely get what you pay for. I went with the cheapest hotel, and it showed. It's nothing more than a 3-story motel. Low price also attracted what I believe to be un-safe persons, too. This place is not just for people passing through; you get the sense that there are some long-term residents here, who aren't necessarily model citizens. I did not feel safe at this place.

Based on the reviews I read before booking our rooms was not the actual picture presented when we arrived. WE did not feel comfortable staying here at all. The were holes in the walls, carpet torn up, ants in the kitchen, beds hard as a rock. Neibors stayed out drinking on the balcony, smoking and making a rucus until 2:30 in the morning. We orginally had booked for two nights but checked out after the first and went somewhere else. we will not be back.

Rooms are very small but clean and comfortable. Needed an affordable place to stay while in Austin, and this was well worth the price for just a place to sleep.
