Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good location Definitely will be back.

We had a great time in Austin. The hotel room is very comfortable and relaxing to come back too.

The hotel was just ok. There was a slight musty smell. But the bed was comfortable

The hotel was nice on the inside and staff was very helpful. The area was somewhat sketchy around the hotel. It was close to downtown and university of Austin- Texas . Rooms were clean and updated.

I was very pleased with the room. It was nice and spacious. It had a king bed, a sofa, chair, desk, and a kitchen area with a mircowave, mini fridge and sink. The bathroom was nice as well. Only thing I did not like was the shower curtain. It was missing the plastic lining. The internet was slow, but I didn't mind too much since I was only staying for one night. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. But the room needed serious updating. Ripped wallpaper, mismatched furniture, dirty carpets, just old shop worn appearance.

Wouldn't go there again. Not a very good experience so I wouldn't recommend it

Nice place that provides value, location, pleasant staff and deserves your business

I stay here because of the location but it is in need of improvement. The exterior is quiet seedy looking which could use cleaning up and the interior needs updating. The coffee is good but the breakfast offering is very poor.

I stayed here this past April and it looks like this property is going downhill quickly. The exterior really needs work and the breakfast offering might as well say coffee and juice. Nearby hotels will have to be sold out before I consider staying here again.

Room was great, everything was nice a clean. I stayed in room 113 and the cell phone service and wifi was awful.

Not a great start, as the elevator was broken and no 1st floor rooms were available. And then we were sent to our 2nd floor room, which was still being cleaned. So, we stood in the hall and waited for the room. But the cleaning staff were wonderful - a second cleaner came and helped our room cleaner to speed the process. The staff were uniformly wonderful. The room was very nice and spacious. The free breakfast was your basic pre-packaged eggs and breakfast meats and breads.

The room was nice and big. The pillows were dirty with black scuff marks on them. The bathroom tiles and tub looked pretty dirty and needed a good scrubbing. We loved that it had a wet bar with fridge and microwave. The coffee pot lid was broken so I had to fidget with it to get coffee. We wiped down the areas frequently touched with lysol wipes and of course they came up dirty and gray/blackish - a lot on the handle of the blow dryer. Our biggest disappointment were the bed sheets and towels. I don't remember any other hotel beddings being that rough to the skin. After a shower, I couldn't even enjoy being wrapped up with a soft towel.

I loved it ... I dont have any complaintes me and my children were very confortable.

Since it's so close to the UT campus I'm likely to stay there again.

Great hotel stay as usual. Great service, friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast.

This hotel needs some work. We arrived at 4am after a 9 hour trip, so we were ready for bed. We walked into the room to find that there was no comforter, only a duvet cover, on the bed. We assumed that it must be an accident, but just figured we would find a blanket and use that for the night. There wasn't a blanket in the room, so my husband tried to call room service to ask for one. The phone ended up not working, so my husband had to search for an employee to find one. When we asked about the comforter in the morning, we were told that there was too much theft in the area, so the hotel no longer provided comforters in their rooms. There was also hair in our bed and sink. Even though we were in a nonsmoking room, the smell of smoke was constant. The room on our floor where there should've been a vending machine had a padlock on it. The vending machine downstairs ended up being out of service. Our keys were also deactivated twice during our three day stay, The only positive thing about our stay was that the staff was friendly.

Good people l, everything was clean and ready to go.

Great Location, service, ammenities and very clean. WIFI was no hassle immediate connection and fast. Breakfast always a plus, free, fresh and ready early. I'll stay again here when in Austin for business or pleasure. Mark Manganella
