The room was very average. My room (103) had a horrible shower/tub. Everything else was fine. It was a little musty, but for a single nights stay it was just fine.
I checked in to the hotel without any problems. The night clerk guy checked me in and even took my card for the incidentals charges and gave me my key cards without any problems. I than went to the gas station by the hotel to get some stuff and when I came back, I asked the night desk clerk for the WIFI password and instead he told me that my reservation had been canceled. He proceeded to argue with me about it and tell me that I made my reservation through a different company than what I really did and canceled out our key cards. When I told him that I had all my reservation confirmation emails and stuff on the app through the third party company I went through, he asked who it was because he had never heard of Orbitz and kept insisting I made my reservation with Expedia. So I made him call Expedia while I called Orbitz. Than once the person I was on the phone with said my reservation was not canceled and never was, he was told the same thing by whoever he was speaking to. He was rude and unprofessional. Than when I went back down to give him the other key card for the canceled cards, he was arguing with another person who was checking in. The night check in clerk guy was rude and unprofessional. But it was a nice place and stay. But I did check my bank account for any extra fees or payment for the hotel stay.
We had such a lovely stay. Staff members we're courteous, professional, down to earth. They helped make outmr stay comfortable. Plenty of blankets and towels. Hotel was clean fresh scent smell. Room was big and spacious, cool not hot or too warm. All appliances worked. Tvs worked. Bed was comfortable. Pull out bed not so bad either. Breakfest had good hearty options. Enough parking spaces. Friendly. Affordable rates. Thank you Country Inn & suites by Radission!

Wasn’t informed it was 125 deposit for each room so I lost out on 190.00 for rooms I wasn’t even able to stay in
Does not look anything like what is pictured. Bedding is uncomfortable. Little roaches on the wall. Woman downstairs was lovely but aside from that I would not recommend. Lady that cleans breakfast area was constantly hovering.

Had to constantly go to the front desk to ask for towels blankets even toilet paper. The pool was not open tho i asked a week before i got there. Trash everywhere public trash cans full public bathrooms laundry room horrible.
I did not find the property welcoming or in a particular safe area. There were multiple Police in the lobby when I arrived and It felt like the location, safety and security were compromised.
Con: Country Inn & Suit pool was out of service. NO!!! HOTBREAKFAST!!!!! BAG BREAKFAST ONLY!!!! Pros: Country Inn & Suit location is great. Located within 15 mins of all the major attractions in Pflugerville/Austin area....ie Golf course, shopping malls, and restaurants.
The receptionist was very professional and helpful. I though the floor of the elevator was terrible.
I'd been to the Country Inn Round Rock before so I already knew what to expect. It almost felt like a second home. If I ever need to stay in the area again I know where to go!
Breakfast sucked.For the price paid, too much road noise in rooms.
Upon arrival, the grounds had trash spread everywhere. Check in, was ok. The room had what appeared to be blood stains on the comforter. When I asked about I was told that its not blood but just a stain that looks like blood.... What does that even mean? Then I was told to COME DOWN and get another. The water in the sink did not get hot or have pressure. If youre trying to rest the traffic is very close by, just something to consider.
Had a decent view and the bathtub could have been bigger
They moved me from my room three different times because every time they assigned me a room I’ll come to find that it was dirty
Tha staff was very pleasant. Dislicks , there was a noise from a vent duct that sounded like frogs chirping
