The room was supposed to be a non smoking room however the entire place reeked of cigarettes. The smell was in the blankets, curtains etc...

Staff great, exterior needs major clean-up and parking lot lights need to be replaced. Room was fine for the price.

A good comfy room. Clean and nice. Had stated there several time before thru the years.

We enjoyed our stay. It was convenient location, will plan to stay there on our next trip.

Fine for a place to sleep. Location is not the best neighborhood, but easy highway access.

I stayed here for a week-long conference in Austin. Downtown hotels were out of my budget, so this was a good option, price-wise. You do have to fight I-35 traffic in and out of Austin, but at the times I traveled it wasn't too bad. I left the hotel at 6:45 a.m. and made it downtown a little after 7. This hotel is old, but the rooms were neat and clean. The continental breakfast was pretty lousy. I only ate it once or twice and then skipped it for food once I got downtown. There are a number of chain restaurants along both sides of the freeway near the hotel, and the price at the gas station next door was much lower than other places. I don't know if this would be my first choice to stay in again, but it worked ok for me.

The hotel is right off the highway. The neighborhood was not great, but the hotel was clean and the beds were nice and comfy. Didnt interact much with the staff, but they were nice when we did chat. I would stay there again if in Austin.

Rooms clean, comfortable and staff very friendly. Breakfast good too.

Our stay was just ok. We asked for extra blanket and sheet and the response was that they would have to look in storage. Ended up not having an extra blanket, but extra sheet. Any time needed anything, we had to go down to front desk to retrieve it. The breakfast was good.

It's was a nice room and has complimentary breakfast but the staff didn't refill the trays to keep up with the needs

Hotel was clean, and the staff was helpful. The location was also close enough to downtown austin without having to pay downtown hotel prices.

Need to clean the Jacuzzi more often. Had a dirty ring around the walls. They need to have an exercise room for guess to work out. I enjoy the stay . Will tell some one else about the hotel.

It was a great place for just 1 night. The pool and room was nice.

It was great except staff wasn't helpful but not rude

The hotel room was clean and very comfortable..came in late after a day out and hotel was quiet....the only thing is that I was not provided a receipt and was advised that experian would email and I still haven't recieved it..

The room and hotel were good. The staff answered questions but wasn't polite. They didn't want to help us choose a restaurant or help my wife connect to wife. I would recommend this hotel. It is probably worth the price.

Except for the fire alarm going off at 6:30 am for no reason...no explanation from management when I told him about it...all went well

It is comfort and clean ,breakfast could be better

I only stayed one night. The location is on a side of the highway near construction, so getting in and out could be a hassle, depending on where you're going. I enjoyed being able to cook my own waffle for breakfast. My requirements, such as having a clean bed, working microwave, refrigerator, and complimentary Wi-fi with the room were all met to my satisfaction. Overall, it was everything I expected, and I was pleased.

Just a night till I caught my flight it was good but if I was to stay longer I would have liked less noise and closer to airport
