They did not give me the price that I told other than that it's a great place

It as a nice comfortable room it's a bit tidy but bed is clean and over all experience is good

The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. The pool was unkempt and the room was rather small, but overall a great experience! I will definitely stay again!

Enjoyed the sray . Nice room good location and love the fact that they keep you the main priority.

The only problem was that renovations were being done in the lobby. However, the renovations done to the rooms were great. I was not expecting the inside to look so nice because of the outside. I just expected an ordinary stay. But it was nice. Rooms are a little small.

The photos of this hotel were totally deceiving and the room was AWFUL! It looked nothing like the photos with burnholes in the carpet AND the blankets! The bathroom was dirty and when adjusting the showerhead it was SLIMY! It was a non-smoking room and it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The hairdryer had something sticky on it too. There was no iron/ironing board in the room but they did have irons and boards for the hotel guests to share. Ridiculous. After a 15 hour drive we wanted to rest but we walked in and the room was hideous and freezing cold! We asked for blankets because there weren't any on the bed. We were told they'd have to get them from another room. When she brought them to us they were in a bundle! That's when we discovered the burnholes. Will never stay there again and will be requesting a refund. Thanks!

We have stayed at Microtels before and they were above average to outstanding. This was a $49.95 hotel priced at $275.00 + tax. I had to call the desk clerk to request a hair dryer. The breakfast room contained 3 tables and 4 chairs. The bedroom was so small you could hardly walk around in it. It didn't have a desk or chair or any "nice" features. no blankets, only sheets, 2 pillows ( I will say they were clean). The carpet was beyond filthy, what little furniture they had was shabby and damaged. I would NEVER stay there again. camping would be better. They were taking advantage of The Master's week in Augusta. This hotel is a disgrace to the Microtel brand.

It is just fine for the location and an overnight stay. Nothing long term.

Staff was helpful, however the rooms were not as promised on the internet. I was later informed that only certain rooms had the ammenities as advertised. It was ok

Breakfast was a joke...slices of bread, boiled eggs, and one brand of cereal only. Hot tub room was great, no complaints there, wifi sucked.

Bathroom was dirty and had bugs. Tub was broken and nasty

Got on the elevator, it was barely functioning, got up to room 219 and it was ATROCIOUS. The carpet looked as though animals were living in the room. I mean it was horrible. I would have rather walked on cement. Looked around the room and someone had stolen the television. This place was a mess. They put us in the only other room (suite) that would accommodate 2 people but it only had a pull out sofa and one bed. We are 50 year old women trying to sleep on a pull out couch ... UNBELIEVEABLE!

the room was clean and the staff was curtious.

Decent room and rates.Cooperative staff with any issues. No big problems.

The room smelled. There was hair in the bed and the bathtub. The floor in the bathroom was sticky and the fridge smelled and was not clean. Although the staff was very friendly.

The air conditioner sucked, tv never got fixed, and staff was anything but professional. Holes in bathroom door, and latch on door broken. We were not impressed. You get what you pay for with this one.

The hotel is clean, convenient, and the staff is extremely helpful. I received a package and it was delivered directly to my room. Very pleasant experience. Well worth the money. Close to Ft Gordon, Augusta Mall, and many other dining and shopping locations. This site needs a better breakfast, but hey, it's free.

it was awsome stay

Frontdesk was pleasant, but your cleaning staff needs more help or closer attention to their work. I found hair in the bathtub, the fitted sheet was wrong side out even after mentioning to front desk morning of the second day stay and there was hair and dirt along baseboards in bathroom and the floors were not vacumned showing pieces of party from former residents.

I attended classes at a local college for the weekend. I was not able to sleep very well due to the excessive noise from the street and the clientle. I requested a wake up call both mornings and didnt receive either. Wont stay there again unless im in a bind. The hotel really needs a good deep cleaning of the carpets in the rooms and the lobby. Just looked dingy overall. Oh and breakfast was a joke, But the two girls at check in were very friendly.
