The rooms need to be updated and renovated. Breakfast offerings are poor should just not do anything at all.

Upon arrival there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, the bottom of shower floor looks like it needed cleaning. The fridge did not work. The floor in front of elevator needed cleaning. The bed was comfortable. It was a little noisy the had a group of kids that traveled in.
Clean comfortable room. Good value.
I called the property several times to speak to the manager, I checked out early because of the noise plus my room wasnt ready at 4pm i had to sit in the car for 30 mins never again
The rooms were not clean. The bathroom tub and floor were dirty. There was no daily room service(which was fine) but you need more than one small trash can in the room. I had to go downstairs for a roll of toilet paper. The ice machine was not working so you had to go to the first floor for ice. This was my first and last time staying at a Wyngate property.
The only thing was out side was very noisy
Breakfast was a few pop tarts scattered with a tray of watery eggs
The hotel was very nice the only thing I would say is the shower in my room needed to be cleaned a little bit better and that was my only issue but other than that everyone was really nice
Staff person at front desk authorized wrong card, kitchen staff was unsanitary and mishandled breakfast, other staff caused disturbances coming into my room checking sprinklers and knocking on my door at 4am looking for a different person. Original towels were dirty and stained, proximity to other hotels was intimidating and confusing, parking at hotel is limited. Best thing about it was proximity to restaurants and shopping. I’ll never stay again.
